Can you vote for Lux Awards or anything?

I don't live in Pakistan, but are we allowed to vote for our favorite Pakistani celebrity in Lux Awards or Hum TV awards e.t.c? I would love to vote. 😃

There is no need to vote as the awards are fixed they are ready brought by the people who get them
Like the hum tv awards there was one award that was given to an actor who didn't even work for hum tv
