What I think that zaroon might not die but may be fall ill because the line"martay dam tak saath day ga" is being repeat again and again..
And if zaroon was to suspect Kashaf after marrying than what's the point to change his character if he was again to where he started...
And after knowing Kashaf for so many years and being convinced that she is the one I really don't understand how is he gonna suspect her..
And plus I didn't find any scene of z-k fighting or zaroon crying in OST it was only Kashaf...
