The 3rd guy in ost is the cuz that will come from America from urooj side( his dad had a brother who's dead, his family lives in USA ) the whole male version is good it's about 6mins

fb says it's written by Bushra Ansari so then it's not based on the book.. the third guy would be forming a triangle in Amna and Urooj's story..
