I think you can ask the question in help desk.

But all you have to do is put the URL of the video in between [YOUTUBE] [/YOUTUBE] and your video should appear in the post. However, IF only allows one video per post, I think.

It should look like this:

[YOUTUBE] url [/YOUTUBE]

Hope it works, I've never tried putting it this way.
