Hey guys! Its Payal back with today's update!
Today the engagement started. They showed Akshara's dress and what Naitik is wearing. Both are looking really good. The ring exchanging is probably on Monday. 😊
UPDATE
The episode starts off at Akshara's house. Engagement preperations are in full swing. Daadi comes and tells Badi ma and Choti ma to get ready. Daadi asks about the engagement ring. Shaurya comes. He says he brought the ring. Daadi praises the ring. Choti ma says that Naitik will love the ring. Badi ma says lets go see how beautiful Aksahra looks. Daadi tells Badi ma and Choti ma to get ready, she will go see Akshara.
In Akshara's room. Varsha praises Akshara and tells her to go look in the mirror, Naitik heart will no longer be his. (They don't show Akshara yet) Daadi comes and says not yet. She comes over and puts Kajal behind Akshara's ear. She tells Akshara that she can look now. Akshara turns around. She is looking stunning. She is wearing a red and gold dress with Matching jewelery. Daadi and Varsha praise Akshara. Akshara tells Daadi that she hasn't told her what she thinks of Naitik yet. Varsha says "like her view will be any different" Daadi smiles and says that she thinks Naitik is an excellent boy, our Akshara couldn't have found a better groom. Akshara blushes.
Naitik is looking in the mirror. He is wearing a baige patterned sherwani. Rashmi is there. Naitik says that why did she pick this, he wanted another colour. He says its old fashioned. Rashmi gives him a look. Naitik turns and sees Gayatri. Naitik tells Gayatri that he doesn't like this colour. Gayatri sadly says that she didn't know he wouldn't like it. She leaves. Naitik looks sad. Rashmi tells Naitik that Gayatri bought it with such love and you..
Daadi is still praising Naitik.
Naitik comes to Gayatri's room. Gayatri wipes her tear. Naitik goes to Gayatri. Naitik asks Gayatri if she's mad at him. Gayatri says no and keeps doing her work. She says she has a lot of work to do and they have to go to Akshara's soon. Naitik says that he knows she's mad at him. He apologizes. Gayatri tells Naitik that she isn't mad. Naitik says that he only said it because he doesn't like the colour baige. Gayatri says that she knows he's older now. Naitik jokes saying that he isn't getting older she is. Naitik asks how he is looking. Gayatri says good. Naitik starts posing and Gayatri laughs, she says that Naitik is looking like a prince. Naitik smiles.
Daadi tells Akshara that Naitik speaks his mind. Daadi and Akshara talk about life after marriage and how after marriage you will have to keep some things to yourself. Daadi says that her daughters are really smart.
Badi ma tells Naniji to think before she says anything, she doesn't want anyone to be offened. Naniji says that if they're offended, they're offended, she doesn't lie. She will say the truth. Badi ma tells her that the matter will spead then. Badi ma tells Naniji to promise her that she will not mock or yell at anyone. Naniji says that she never says anything. (Yeah Sure.) Naniji asks Badi ma if she's not changing. Badi ma says that she is. She goes and gets the Sari she is going to wear. Its Green and Red. Naniji says "THIS? you doen't know what to wear and what not to." Badi ma says she will bring another one. This one is blue. Naniji rejects it. Badi ma takes out a bunch more. Daadi comes and asks what happened. Badi ma says that she doesn't have any proper Sari to wear. She tells Daadi that Ma.. Daadi says that she will look beautiful in anything. She takes the Red and Green one (the first one) and takes it out. She says that it will look beautiful on her. She leaves to get ready. Badi ma asks Naniji if she will wear the pearl necklace she has. Naniji says no. Vish says yes do wear it. Naniji agrees and leaves. Badi ma picks up her sari. Vish says that that Sari will look really good on her. Vish asks Badi ma if she is ready for her daughter's engagement. Badi ma nods smiling with tears in her eyes.

Downstairs everyone is happy. The children are playing around. Shaurya is telling people what to do. Vish and Gayatri come dressed up. People praise the preperations. Vish asks Omi kaka if everything is ready. Omi kaka says yes. Badi ma asks Choti ma if Akshara is ready. Choti ma says yes.
Outside the house the Groom's side arrives. They greet each other. Everyone is looking really good. Badi ma does arti for Naitik. The title song tune plays in the background. Rashmi and Mohit tell him that he is really lucky. Everyone is happy. Everyone goes inside.
Naniji comes and greets everyone. Naniji looks at Naitik and asks who he is. Everyone look confused.

Naniji says that they showed her some other boy. Badi ma tells Naniji to put on her glasses. She does. Naniji says yes it is the groom and I couldn't even recognize him. Everyone laugh. Rashmi asks Badi ma if she can go see Akshara. They say yes. Rashmi goes upstairs. Gayatri looks worried.
In Akshara's room she is getting ready. Rashmi comes. She says that Akshara is looking very beautiful. Rashmi hugs Akshara. Rashmi tells Akshara that she came to show her the engagement ring. Rashmi opens the box and says that Gayatri chose it. Akshara sees it and her face falls. Rashmi asks Akshara if she didn't like it. She can understand, its kind of old fashioned. Gayatri comes to the door. Rashmi says that you would probably prefer a more simple one, you can tell me the truth, how did you like the ring. Akshara is quiet.
