Or u chant Gayatri mantra or whatever u find convenient

Sleeping pills u get only thru prescription

Otherwise no and long term pills prescription no doc will give

Try hot glass of milk before sleeping

Or soothing bath

Which relaxes u

Try alternative method instead of meds

Don't watch horror movies before u go to sleep..

Meditation will work
