Newly wed Veena Malik faces the heat from ex-lover!

Veena Malik accused of threatening her ex-lover!

No more than a few days after Veena Malik tied the knot with a Dubai businessman, her alleged ex-lover has filed a non-cognizable complaint against the actress.

Prashant Pratap Singh, a Mumbai based businessman, has reportedly filed a complaint against the Pakistani actress. In the complaint he has accused Veena of threatening him with false rape and molestation charges if he didn't stop interfering in her life.

Prashant alleges that when Veena Malik came to Mumbai in Feb, 2012, he not just bore all her expenses but also got into a relationship with her and the two began living-in together in Aarey. The 36-year-old adds that he was under the impression that Veena would marry him, but was shocked to learn on Dec 25 this year that she had married Asad Bashir Khan Khattak, a Dubai businessman.

In the complaint, Prashant has alleged that Veena called him and threatened him with dire consequences if he informed her husband of her past, according to a tabloid.

The police has filed a NC complaint against Veena Malik under section 507 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC.

The actress denies threatening Prashant and says that he was only her employee.

She is presently said to be living in Saudi Arabia.
