the show has so many abusers.. all doing the same in some way or the other... na making anjali look bad and spoiling her connections with family and also physically abusing her..

abhay taking away all jyoti's valuables, making her do all the work in the house and physically beating her..

and shlok also pushing pulling and grabbing astha at every given chance.. even trying to invade her personal space and mentally torturing her..

if u ask me.. any abuse is abuse.. there is no degree to it.. we may feel that shlok isnt physically harming astha.. but put urself in her shoes and think and u will exactly feel sick.. infact yesterday he evn said that they will go to honeymoon and he will be closer to bher than ever and it actually disgusted and scared astha..

so why do we still like shlok?? why do we hope to see him reform.. in the case of NA and abhay i dont think we are even thinking of their reformation??

Well to be very frank, I do not want Shlok to regret as I do not wish Shlok to get Astha's love & care. He is not at all deserving person. Torturing females is the most disgusting thing a man can do. He is the greatest coward. He shows his manhood in front of Astha only. He can't show it to other man & so he is not a man😡

i think real life is different, shlock is a b****** Astha needs to get out of that house ASAP. With his behavior to date he can easily rape her or kill her or harm her physically.

why do we want to see shlock redeem himself. Cause we humans enjoy love stories. Its pathetic but thats what we like. Us females like a bad boy and we also like hot guys...BINGO... Mr Shlock Agnihotri. Because the story is about aastha and shlock, and we have already been told its a love story, so despite the abuse and revenge, we believe he has some good in him, and deep down cares for her, even though he doesnt realise his feelings yet. We badly want to see the hero come out from his current villain character. We hope to see changes that we know wont happen in the real world

I like shlok as a character independent of his love life or more appropriately abuse life. His thinking, actions,i can't relate to anything, so its my human curiosity to know more about him, i want to know if he was always like this or his upbringing made him like this.

I am similarly curious about NA too. I want to understand the root cause which made him believe that he is superior than women, he wasn't born this way,who made him into like this.

But the difference between shlok and NA is that Shlok cares for his siblings, and swati while NA only cares about himself and ataya ji. HE doesn't even like his brother.

I also see no difference between Shlok or his father or Abhay.

Abuse is abuse no matter in which way.

And we as viewer should actually not be encouraging it.

Only because he is the main lead of this serial. That is not the way you talk things right. 😕

There is a mystery about Shlok which is very appealing.. I keep feeling there's an underlying goodness to him.. Like Latha said.. We know its a love story and eventually he would reform.. And he's too hot and good looking to be a villain...
