| Himesh starts shooting Aap Kaa Suroor in Germany |

| On February 12, Himesh Reshammiya announced that his forthcoming film will nearly completely be shot in Germany. The announcement was given at a special press conference held at the District Administration office in Heppenheim, Germany in the presence of the head of the film crew, including director Prashand Chadha and consultant producer Vivek Singhania. Himesh himself, his father Vipin Reshammiya, director Prashant Chadha and consultant producer Vivek Singhania informed the gathered media about the schedule of the shooting and the locations. The shooting shall take place during the next three months in different regions and places in Germany with special emphasis on cities like Heppenheim, Frankfurt and Stuttgart. Himesh promised to give a big concert in Germany at the end of the shooting and negotiations are under way. Even though he touched German ground yesterday for the first time, he declared that Germany was a good location because of its "good vibes" and asked for the prayers and blessings of the people attending. Overwhelmed by the huge resonance of the audience a good humoured and relaxed Himesh gave an impromptu performance and sang a few lines of his famous 'Aashiq Banaye Aapne' which was received with lots of cheers and applause. In October last year negotiations started when German District Administrator Matthias Wilkes met Himesh in London at his successful concert where he announced his film project. Mr. Wilkes is very keen of bringing Bollywood productions to his beautiful and historical region in the middle of Germany. Now it's official Aap Kaa Suroor will be shot in Germany. The Germans are very excited about that film shooting and are hopeful that is will be a great success. Aap Kaa Suroor, an action-thriller and romantic film contains parts of Himesh's real love story and should clarify questions like why he never smiles, why he always wears a baseball cap and why every woman runs from him in his music videos. The premiere will be the July 6. Germany already seems to have a soothing impact on him: He already started smiling! Lets wait and see if he will take off his cap soon and the ladies will start running towards him instead of the opposite… |
