In my heart Sameer is a winner, he should have at least brought second. He is the one who had the fighting spirit, he is the one who entertained us the most, without him the grand finale would have been lifeless and all the other shows for that matter of fact. Diwaker did not have to work half as hard as Sameer, he knew that the junta would have voted for him because in his heart he believed that India wanted a blind singer to be the winner. In fact Sanchita was barely the winner.
Anyhow, why argue, they have all become the darlings of India, and have won recognition.Sameer commented that people now know him.

Sorry I beg to disagree here. Sanchita is not a true winner. For that matter even Sameer and Diwakar would not have been true winners. None of them could transcend their repsective regional borders. All of them were leading in their respective regions. A true winner is the one who transcends religious, regional, age barriers and have a universal appeal.

Diwaker has to work very hard than his counterparts with his disability.......Sense of sight makes singing so much easier for you can see the light of everything to understand better........... DIWAKER DESERVES WHAT HE GOT

Sanchita was the winner from the beginning

Sanchita is a true rocker, an immensely talented singer and indeed she was the best of the L'il champs, but still she could not break the regional barriers. They all say Calcutta bailed her out in the last few hours of voting. Infact none of the SRGMP winners could rise above the regional bias. There was not a single SRGMP singer around whom the whole country would have rallied. Tis only my POV.
