An amazing story with a fantastic plot and keeps you on the edge. I chanced upon this FF when it was thru 15 or 16 chapters. One of the best stories I have ever read. I still do not know what pulled me to this one, but as I continued to read, I fell in love with the strong Khushi, a refreshing change.

A complicated story, Khushi undergoes multiple life changes within a span of few days, a forced wife (falsely accused of breaking home, swindling money, of being characterless, insulted, nearly murdered), blackmailed, a designer and a Queen. But one thing she was never able to be was herself. This Khushi unlike the show or a lot of other FFs did not put her own personal feelings before her self respect, ethics, individuality or responsibility. I like how much she went thru and did not break, never lost hope and came out stronger. She kept her head on her shoulders at all times and as you mentioned in the FF "held her chin up". In spite of falling in love and yearning for a normal life, true queen that she is, she conquered her feelings and stood for her responsibility. "Rani Sa" indeed. And Arnav, what a huge difference between Arnav at the beginning, planning and executing a revenge on Khushi and the same Arnav planning and executing a revenge for Khushi.

In pursuit too, I do not want Khushi to lose herself or compromise her responsibility. If anything, I want Arnav to raise to the level where he conquers his emotions, inner demons and becomes a true Raja Sa. If this happens, Rani Sa will not only fall in love with him but will trust and respect him for what he became.

About your writing, never did I come across an amateur who is this perfect with the right plot, the show of emotions, the depiction of the story line, the scariness of the violence and nail biting cliffhangers (which were of course frustrating ;)). I love "The Mirage". The characters are well established and blend perfectly into the storyline. It's beautifully written giving a clear visual of the scenes going on. You are an amazing and very talented writer.

For what it is, "The Mirage" is a unique, awesome, lovely, intriguing, thrilling, exciting and brilliant Masterpiece.

Enjoyed every bit of it. whether it is romance or politics.In the begining there were so much mystery and i was eagerly waiting 4 the updates.. I really loved khushi's character,a woman with so much pride.Each and every description of the feelings between arshi had written so beautifully. i enjoyed the reading and i loved it. It made me smile , it made me sad when i read through khushi sufferings and Arnav's turmoil . All emotions is there in the story..

I basically loved the setting,the plot,the Arnav-Khushi characterization,their chemistry throughout the story.
