The great gambler!

Ranjib Mazumder

Actor Naman Shaw emerged as a lucky winner at Ekta Kapoor's Diwali party on Sunday. He won a huge amount in the game of cards played among all of Ekta's actor-friends. Naman recalls, "Like others, I was also invited to play cards. Initially I was hesitant and kept watching my colleagues playing... But when Ekta noticed me standing aside, she gave me a wad of money and insisted that I play too. When I hesitated, she explained that it was a 'good-luck' amount and I should accept it without inhibition. There were other actors like Ram Kapoor, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Akashdeep Saigal playing cards and we continued to play the whole night. Surprisingly, I won almost every round! I returned the amount Ekta gave me later and still had Rs 20,000 left. I can't disclose the amount Ekta gave me, since I considered it as my good-luck charm."

The actor further adds, "I enjoyed the party to the hilt. I guess, I can be a great gambler some day!"

He has to be the greatest gambler if he is still betting on Pia changing her heart and becoming his lovely wify again.

BTW I have a feeling he is doing that not for Pia but for Bani, as he must have noticed the way she looked at JB that night when she told him she does not love him and the letter was a meant for someone else. I think he has put two and two together and knows she is mooning for JW and is trying to save Bani's marriage by taking Pia away.
