totally right! i just hope to learn more lessons than just this one 😊

Fari,

I Agree, Agree, Agree with you! This was the weakest possible reason to part ways! Very poorly written, (though very well enacted by lead actors) ridiculous and half-baked idea! I don't understand how they simply parted ways when they needed each other's support the most!

Ah, now out beloved NBT has fit the bill of pukka 'TRP raising soaps' !🤢

Rekha, we have officially become the snakewa audience (hurrah! i knew this day will come to us who thrived on criticising those audience šŸ˜†), as you might choose to term it. Ready to swallow everything with a pinch of salt šŸ˜‰

Fari – 1)I agree that someone has to set a precedent for a change. But the problem is that everyone is so engrossed in TRP's and advertisement that no one pays or rather wants to pay attention to small details. Sometimes they miscalculate the age of a character or they forget that at the age of 40 people cannot look like they are still in their 30's especially not when you are showing a middle class family who cannot afford Botox. I know this may sound like a joke but what other excuse can someone come up with a person in his 40's looking so young. The sad truth is that the Indian Television is driven by quantity over quality.

2) I really don't know which world the writers belong to. It is certainly not the real world. Everything they show has no connection to reality. Wonder who said that real life inspires TV! Ridiculous analogy when it is far from the truth.

4) I think you plan makes a lot more sense. Be prepared for the worst.

When I saw the word mutilation, I imagined a few headless trunks roaming around. Ultimately realized that they were my own trunks roaming with my head trying to figure out "was this the reason" for a 12 year separation.

Both Megha and Mohan were to blame. If Megha had any doubt about his parenting abilities, she should not have married him in the first place or atleast in the 2 years of marriage she should have figured out that Mohan is comfortable with Nanhi and she should have handled Addu.

As for Mohan he went with a promise of returning with Addu, but for 12 years one is away and has not bothered to communicate with one's wife and daughter. That is irresponsible.

In the end they both don't deserve each other. Ultimately the saving grace is that they have been true to characters from Season 1. Megha always taking Mohan for granted and Mohan acting on impluse especially in matters involving relations.

I guess the makers are trying to balance the story and TRPs a bit better compared to Season 1.

Ultimately those first 100 episodes of Season 1 remain the vintage ones which I personally will treasure.

Will watch season 2 in a detached manner and independent from season 1.

@bold

bingo!

After the debacle of last night, i shall definitely watch it independent of season 1, the makers might as well have changed the names of the characters too because that is the only thing similar with season 1

been ages since i saw you or your comments.
you regular in the forum ?

yep yaar, nothing to do and nowhere to go, will just have to make the most of these light-hearted moments of pari with mohan, and probably with megha too in future..

and avoid thinking or focusing on the non sensical storyline...

sad but true and inevitable as everyone here has informed me already.
