Am greatly disappointed. This is what the tv industry has come to , especially the route that NBT has taken.
That characters, which people adore and look upto , are compromised and played around with to the soap-writer's convenience. Is there any integrity left in this medium of soap at all?? What's this?? In the name of showing unprecedented misfortunes befalling the hero heroine, instead of creating a really intricate situation full of conflict for the hero heroine to part ways, the writers make the characters jump forcefully and headlong into baseless and short-sighted feuds.
What have Mohan Megha done today?? The last season ended on their words -
mohan - my relationship with nanhi is unique and is for life...as long as we live..
megha - and mohan, our's?
mohan - till death and beyond..
So is that what "death and beyond" entail? Was all the trust and confidence that megha had on mohan just like delicate china, which crumbles on the first sign of adversity? Is megha an emotionally handicapped character who will always succumb her trust and faith in her life partner, come such a circumstance as a child getting lost? Wasn't her knowledge of Mohan and love for him enough for her to know that Mohan never did anything bad towards Addu, deliberately or intentionally?
Where is that Mohan, for whom, Megha was his destiny? Would that Mohan have made such a promise and abandoned his beloved and his chavanni, for the sake of keeping a promise?? Is his love and sincerity so self-destructing?? Didn't he prove himself unworthy of being a parent figure to nanhi or husband to megha by stubbornly and self-centeredly making such an idiotic lame promise and spending the rest of his life pursuing this?
I am incensed to know that season 1 was just a gem that is hard to come by otherwise, in such a saturated medium, which thrives on dishing out rotten melodramatic inconsistent stories of lame hollow characters, characters which don't deserve the tag of hero or heroine or each other for that matter.
NBT season 2 is indeed fortunate to be endowed with actors like Kunal and AS , to watch whom, we are still coping with this endless torture in the name of entertainment.
Hats off to Kunal and Aakanksha , who deliver their best to keep the audience glued, irrespective of whatever kind of lame characteristics they are forced to portray in the line of their job.
Feel angry...very disappointed in the makers of NBT to come up with such deformed kind of concept for a leap.
Thanks because you just completely ruined two magical characters today, proved nothing less than an assault to our sensibilities 🤢
