I couldn't resist writing this OS before anything else, so pardon me for being late for my stuff.
OS: A Kiss for Life
After fulfilling all the rituals, finally their wedding day came. The two friends Mr. Raizaada and Mr. Gupta were the happiest in all of this. After all, Their relation would take another meaning; they were school friends, business partner, and then they would be relatives. This day came finally after sixteen years of waiting. They had prepared for it grandly as they wanted to make unforgettable wedding ceremony which the generations would talk about it for years.
"You're happy with me, right?"
"Arnav! It has been four years since our engagement and you have been asking the same question!" Came the reply from the phone's other end, "I love you, Arnav. You were the best friend and fiance and will be the best husband."
"I love you, Khushi'..Don't think too much about tonight." He said to enlighten the conversation with a smirk which she sensed.
"I don't'" She answered knowing that it's normal for any bride to do the same, so this is not too much.
"Oh really?...ok now go and get ready, my bride." She smiled, said a hurried bye and disconnected the call.
"Arnav."
"Yes, Ma." She led him to her room for a conversation.

Doing the pheres, tying the mangalsutra and filling her maang with sindoor were the happiest moments of their lives as these things made them one legally in front of people and God.
The reception in the Raizaada Mansion along with the games were fun, but not that much for Arnav and Khushi; they were impatient and nervous at the same time.
Anjali decorated the room then took the bride, made her sit on the bed and arranged her outfit around her before calling her groom.
Arnav entered his room and locked the door behind him making her feel butterflies in her stomach. He sat beside her drinking her beauty and thanking God for this gift.
"Welcome home and happy birthday, wifey." Khushi smiled and thanked him.
"May I help?" He started to remove her jewelry complaining that they were too much for some time before he started kissing her neck and earlobe after removing the jewelry from them leaving only the mangalsutra. He kissed her forehead, cheeks, jaw line. He was about to kiss her lips when he giggled then laughed astonishing her.
"Arnav! I'm here nervous and you're laughing! What's so funny?"
"I've just found out something."
"And what that great thing?" She asked sarcastically.
"You know the reason behind our marriage?"
"Because we love each other and our parents were happy for this relationship."
"I have been thinking the same, but there's more to the story that led Ma to suggest this since our childhood."
"More? And Ma?!"
"Do you remember our first kiss?" she blushed remembering it. She nodded and said, "You've fooled me."
"We were so naive."
Khushi went to the Raizaada Mansion which was next door to the Gupta Haveli She was six years old and she used to leave for school with Arnav who was two years older than her. While walking in the garden to reach the main door, she was about to fall as she was almost running with her bag on her back.
"Careful, Khushi." Arnav ran and held her before she could fall.
"I love you, arnav." She told him innocently as he saved her then he kissed her cheek.
"What was that?" She gasped.
"Yesterday, I watched a movie and when the girl said I love you, the boy kissed her cheek."
"Such?is it ok to do that?"
"Haan."
"Phir kya hua?" She asked and Arnav leaned to kiss her lips. He bit her lower lip and sucked it before she pushed him.
'You're hurting me, Arnav?"
"Really? But she said that she enjoyed it!"
"Maybe he didn't hurt her." He leaned again and pressed his lips on hers softly. He took her arms and put them around his neck before putting his around her waist. After pulling back he brought his bag and they left for school.
Arnav's Ma saw her son kissing her and she felt ashamed, 'What if her parents saw that? What would they have done to my son? And what about the relationship between the families?' She wondered. Hesitantly she carried her feet towards her husband.
"Soniye." She asked for his attention as he was busy with some files in his hands.
"Yes."
"I have been thinking of our relationship with the Guptas and I thought of'." She trailed off.
"Yes, I'm listening."
"Why don't you ask Shashji that we want to make Khushi our bahu." She said quickly.
"What?"
"Yes, let's fix it now with them. When Khushi will finish her studies at her twenty two age, Arnav will be twenty four. It would be perfect for the families, the business and them too."
"I'll talk with Shashi bhai at evening after the meeting."
The Guptas were happy for the rishta with their friends. They fixed the engagement to be on Khushi's eighteenth birthday and the wedding on her twenty two birthday.
Khushi blushed after Arnav had narrated the story which his mother told him about. He held her hand towards him and put a ring on her hand and kissed her hand.
That was a night for life after knowing about the kiss which has given them this life.
We know that children imitate what they saw without any understanding; they are innocent and nave. This was what I tried to show in this OS.
