regarding the older DMPS

I live in usa and watch this show on tape. i have some questions if someone good help me out i would be grateful. see i am still at the part when the imposter nikki comes in. I need to know what is the deal.all i have seen is when the old nikki goes in the doctor and changes the blood type. can someone please tell me what happened after that. thank you so much in advance.

Nikki and the imposter are in it together.  It is a long story.  Than the imposter get greedy and play a game with nikki. The imposter dies. Nikki gets karan to help her but he still does not know who she is, they pretend they are married and she gets back to the house.

Karan begins to fall in love with nikki (still not aware).

Unfortunately it is a sad ending.
