I think Niketan was ridiculous as a Captain as seen in episode aired tonight!👎🏼
Have a look at my take after watching the vid from 18:48 and till the drama ends at @28:58 in this video...(Vid courtesy Isa_Rahman...who is delighted to finally agree with me over something... as my conclusion is related to Niketan, not Isa's blue eyed, Paul Pacino! 😆

Any one knows in a group there are 1-2 hard workers, a few average workers and the rest who hardly work! The challenge is not to upset those who work hard, give them importance and motivate the relatively less useful ones to give their best.
What did our man do?😲
First, with Delu he goes to Sapna...a woman who cleans house as if her life depends on the task and tells her,"Sapna aapko duties mein Bathroom cleaning...and please help Urvashi in lunch."
Sapna agrees.👏
Now Niketan starts protecting the lazy ones and further goads her with a ,"Platform cleaning bhi lunch team kar degi, theek hai?"😉
Sapna says that the Cook can do platform cleaning (meaning Niketan's close friend Urvashi). 😊
Sapna's logic is impeccable! She has to clean bathroom as well as assist Urvashi in cooking while Urvashi has to only cook, so Sapna felt, Urvashi can clean the kitchen mess afterwards.
Now Niketan stoops lower,"Usmein ek cheez hai naa...ki aap platform-vlatform acchha saaf kar dete ho...so you please do it..."😉
Sapna puts her foot down and says,"Niketan thats not fair! ---Agar koi acchha kaam karta hai, iska ye matlab naheen hai you go on dumping work on her...MAIN TANG AA GAYI HOON 😡...I am tired...aise naheen ki ek ladki ko sab kaam de do...Rajeev ko sikhao ki kaise karte hain"😡
Sapna says it always happens with her only and she backs out of cooking task assistance, says she will do bathroom and in addition do sweeping of house!

Now Niketan comes to kitchen and has to persuade Rajeev!
Rather than behaving like a leader, Niketan opts for a wimpish path and first starts his dialogues like Kanhaiyalal playing cunning Mama Mungerilal in movies of 1950s and says to Delu,"Lo batao inko, kya hua..." 🤔
Delu comes in Chelaram mode and with that dukhiyaari, duniya ki maari looks starts,"Woh bol rahi hai, itna kaam mila hai mujhe... and...(Delu mutes herself)......
Cunning Mama Mungerilal Niketan resumes the provocation,"Kyunki main ladki hoon---Rajeev ko sikhao---ye kucchh naheen kar sakta---Rajeev naheen kar sakta toh main kyun karoon? 😳
Then Delu says,"Shanti rakho, wo bathroom kar rahi hai, sweeping kar rahi hai.Toh Urvashi abhi lunch banaayegi ---Sana aapki sirf ye responsibility hogi ki aap mujhe, Urvashi ko aur Rajeev ko-----help karogi..."...
This too would have passed but Mama Mungeri Niketan, the great Captain says,"Naheen Rajeev ko naheen..."!😕
How could Pillu lose his prized possession Sana? 😲
Naturally he loses cool and screams,"Main naheen bana raha Breakfast, bhaad mein jaaye---apne aap karo...main kar hi naheen raha..."😡
Pillu is so upset at the thought of losing Sana to some other part of house that he categorically says, he won't do anything!😈
Mama Mungerilal Niketan says,"Main Sana se baat kar raha hoon..."😕....
Pillu says ,"Sana aur main karenge toh saath saath karenge, naheen toh tum bhaad mein jao!"😈
Pillu explodes so nastily that Mama Mungeri Niketan has to run away tail tucked between legs and says,"theek hai, tu kucchh mat kar"😭
Mr. Captain, you should not have entered like Kanhaiyalal playing Mama Mungeri and first started a conversation that itself suggested you want to disturb the present working order only because SAPNA IS NOT DOING KITCHEN JOB.
Fact is, you were exploiting Sapna, overloading her to protect your beloved Urvashi ji, who could as well have cleaned the platform as she had no other task but to cook, duly assisted by Sapna for all chopping, peeling jobs.🤢
If you had to separate Pillu from his beloved Sana, then the conversation line and authority in voice should have been totally different.👎🏼
Poor strategy, poor execution, partisan behavior towards those close to you...a big thumbs down...Pillu thumbed Niketan's nose and frankly, Niketan has no one else to blame but himself! 🤢
While Pillu appeared absurd trying to cling on to Sana, Niketan appeared no less a wimp in trying to suck up to Urvashi and trying to overload Sapna especially!👎🏼
