Nice post Aditi... I completely agree with you.

I didn't dislike Manav track... but executions had loopholes... & I don't want to talk about the worst track of the show... I hope CVs remain careful this time.

nice write up dear. and i agree with most of the points you made. like you, i too liked the Manav track coz as i said in those days, just as the Rashmi track was needed to make Mohan realise his feelings towards Megha, similarly the Manav track was needed to make Megha realise her feelings towards Mohan ..so that way the track DID serve it's own purpose, but then the execution ruined the entire thing, thanx to the so-called writer-director duo .. megha was indeed made to look and behave more like a vamp than the main lead 😡.. i mean, yes, megha was shown to rise to baits and provocations to prove Mohan wrong even in the earlier days, but still she didnt lose her sense and sensibility. but during the manav track, she behaved plain rude and insensitive while trying to prove herself right and all others wrong😡 .. and the MS scenes and many others that you mentioned here were completely forced and looked out of place and irked me as a viewer to a great extent.😡

Loved the title... jab se writer and director change huye hum log tab se LOGIC hi tho doondh rahe hai na...😆😆 All we can say is Kaash, yeh dono nahi hote hamare show mein...😭 Show ke important phase mein hi PH ko CVs change karne ka idea aaya... Hats off to them.😡

The PH started losing interest in NBT when the TRPs didn't improve. They concentrated more on their other show on channel V which is a no. one show now on that channel. So, obviously our NBT suffered, as PH were not paying any attention to this show, even though viewers were criticizing about character assasination and the useless tracks.😡

I think riddi track would've been dragged for one or two months more if they hadn't had the pressure to end the show. When the channel demanded to end the show they hurried all the tracks and finished off the show. Instead of doing this, they could've asked for a different time slot. I wouldn't have minded if the channel had given any odd time slot like late night or in the afternoon. This has happened with "Laado" serial. I guess if NBT PH had asked for any time slot, then our show wouldn't have ended so suddenly.

So, its not Megha who was insensitive and rude, but it was PH who were insensitive and rude to our beloved show, who killed the main essence of it in the name of TRP.😭

Now , the second season is coming, but doesn't look promising to me. I don't know how long I can tolerate this new NBT with so called a leap, without Ashnoor and with older MM.😡 Again they are not at all bothered about what fans want and why the fans demanded for the return of NBT. They are doing what they like. Here too I guess, only due to fans demand the show is returning, otherwise the PH are not interested in NBT's return at all.

yes it deal with a particular genre and thus didnt gather TRP from enough audience. its a common thing to happen. any show which is different gets the attention of a particular, gets welcomed recognition but NOT enough for it to survive the battle of TRPs. that's the irony. a different show, different concept, good characterization, good actor doesn't work only because it is different. so in order to make it work twists n turns are added.

as per NBT it was loosing out on numbers (sadly) and the ridhimma track was not liked by the ardent fans mostly who could not see the show loosing its essence. agar iss show me pehle se hi aise twists n turns hote to ridhima track bhi chal jata.
