here i agree with u completely, firstly the marriage could have waited especially with Astha in such a fragile condition, I may not agree with astha but the fact is that right now astha is not in a good state of mind, the first priority of abhay and simran should have been to support astha even if she is being unreasonable, children can be unreasonable but parents have to take the higher road and see to it that their kids feel secure and happy, secondly the marriage could have taken place in a very simple and sober manner and did they not think once that the marriage would have been more enjoyable if astha had participated in it with all her heart and soul having put aside her differences and the honeymoon well what can i say, even younger couples put it off for some time when there are other pressing issues and what could be more important than the mental state of your child who is hurt, jealous, insecure and just wanting to fit in somehow!!!!!!

this HAS to b one of sia's RIDICILOUS ideas......b4 the time leap when they were getting married simran looked so elegant in the yellow sari...why couldn't she have dressed like THAT!!!!!

O hello Guys... come on now. You all sound so mean and backward thinkers.... come on.. every human being has right to their own happiness. NOONE needs to give up their life for a spoilt brat like Aastha.

And hey you all.. lets not think of this as 2 old pple getting married. Live in todays' world and think about 2 individuals that have gone through lot of pain and suffering and now want to be together.

Lets not forget that pple in US get married when they are in their 70s.... its all about what makes you at ease and live in peace. Now that they are married, they can take care of the brat and deal with her as parents and not papa and Dr. Simran....
