15000 workers out of jobs!
Millions of Twinkies eaters sorely disappointed; their favorite snack will be no more.

Shall we start a petition?

To all those that are crying for 200 people out of work on IPK sets, I want to say...

We live in a capitalistic society! Socialism is all good when it does not affect your personal pocket book. The reality is that corporations routinely make decisions in their best interest. SP decided it was not a show worth all of their time and energy, so they axed it.

To justify the jobs of 200 people, should we all continue to watch anything shown in the name of IPK?

It is true that many of us have already stopped watching the show because of the horrible tracks. Was that a sin? I am not willing to expend my time watching something that is illogical and senseless, most days!

The people crying over 200 people's jobs, are you willing to watch any crap just so those 200 people stay employed?

Please stop with the blame game and thank SP for axing the show! You can go back to being sane people and the 200 people on IPK sets will find jobs elsewhere, just as the 15000 others will do some place else in the world.

Societies and job markets are in a constant state of flux. These same 200 people may actually innovate/retrain to find better jobs in the future. Else, they may have been stuck in a blue collar, chai wala, set boy "careers"!

Do you know that thousands of jobs were lost due to the onset of the digital age? People had to reinvent, retrain and adapt to new industries. And, humans are a lot more resilient than we think!

The reality is that none of us had a hand in what happened with the show. The only people that did were the channel, PH and the actors; in that order!

Bang on post !!!👏

Thanks to the internet and online media, we as fans at least cared enough to give feedback, and gave the PH / Channel a chance to improve their product ...Normally the junta would simply use the remote !!! If we talk about those 200 people, its their employers that failed them...NOT US !

As disheartening it is to see something as beautiful as IPK getting ruined and abruptly ended, I would rather have this than see them butcher the eternal Arnav-Khushi love story !!!😳

According to a mod, legit sources have confirmed fans roles played part in the sudden closure.

If it was ending in 2 months bc of merits then fine, the cast and crew would have months notice to go line up another job. Cast and crew found out today on sets this was happening. So what happens to those that live pay check to pay check.

Sorry for me entertainment doesn't come above compassion. I feel for the people and I think it's wrong how they were forced out of a job abruptly.

I''m not saying its fans responsibility to assure them of their jobs but then fans need to stop watching the show if they don't like how it's going instead of forcing their choices on us. I'm not saying the channel, Ph or actor have no role at all...they started the mess but spamming fans also have a role now.
