Well, I don't think she will be pregnant, but I'm guessing Khushi will be so busy in preparing Arnav's birthday she wouldn't have eaten therefore faint.

Ladies of the house will gossip, Arnav will hear, assume she's pregnant, get happy..etc.

We'll just have to see! :)
