Excellent post. The way Khushi and the family acted is just like my friends. We take our own food to the theaters and have fun. Likewise, my friends and I may act like idiots in public but we don't care cause we are having fun and love each other for who we are. Arnav loves Khushi for who she is, so there's no problem.
I'll tell you an embarrassing incident that happened during my first year at university. My campus is downtown and thus there is hardly any good place on campus to get a good meal, we would have to go to expensive restaurants on the streets. After class, my friends and I decided to eat at our college buffet from my campus. My campus has 7 colleges in total. One of my friend had enough cash on hand to buy the meal while I tried to use my debit card. My other friend had a meal plan for another college but he didn't know it was restricted to his college. So, my friend paid for her meal, and then I tried to use my debit card but the debit card machine would not process it. The cashier tried multiple times to reset it but nothing worked. Then, my other friend tried to purchase his meal using a meal card but he wasn't allowed since he was part of another college. So, we both decided not to buy the meal and yet one of my friends already paid. She wanted her money back since we weren't getting our meal. It took the cashier a while to give back the money and cancel the meal. When we left the building, we noticed that there was a huge line-up caused by us. People were polite to us but we felt embarrassed for causing such a line up. The line extended from the second floor which is where the buffet is located, to the entrance staircase of the building. We left the college and then laughed at what we caused. This was an embarrassing incident yet my friends still remember it.
