"In India, animals are slaughtered. I think this will stop only if we encourage vegetarianism. Apart from this, urbanization is killing them as it leads to deforestation. Today vultures and Bengal Tigers are on the verge of being extinct in our country. We must take correct measures soon," said animal lover Abhinav Shukla.

The actor has also saved a Russell Viper snake once as he narrated, "I was travelling on my bike on the highway, when I noticed that there was a Russell Viper snake in the middle of the road. So I parked my bike so that the traffic could get diverted and then I picked up the snake with a stick and left it in a corner. That was a temporary solution but I did my little bit for the creature."
