Wow –what a Friday treat to see the spark and fire reignited in Madhu's amber eyes ------thanks to Padmini's impromptu visit and motivational words . I feel the fact that Madhu's conscience and integrity didn't allow her to break her promise to RK and agree to Padmini's proposal to leave her woes behind and accompany her(Padmini), is the very point that RK appreciates in Madhu's character . A life for a life is Madhu's simplistic reasoning behind her sacrifice , coz we finally heard her voicing her guilt about being the root cause of the unfortunate events in their lives to Padmini. As a mother , I can understand Padmini's fears and concerns----after all , no mother wants her daughter to become a sacrificial lamb and re-live the tormented and sad life that they themselves had run away from . The difference being that Padmini had chosen to escape from her golden cage in order to save the lives of her daughters, while her daughter chooses to remain and face her nemesis as a kind of self imposed penance . I have a feeling that Padmini's visit will serve as a catalyst for Madhu to stand up to RK and give back as good as she gets---- extracting her strength from the lessons instilled by her brave mother. This was proved by the scene where Madhu confronts RK and tells him to stop hassling her mother and stands her ground inspite of RK's intimidation attempt with the swinging punching bag ( it almost seemed as if he were imagining the bag as Madhu and showering punches, for every angry comment of Madhus) ! Unfortunately, in her urgency to convince Madhu to leave, Padmini forgot to inform Madhu that Mallik had regained consciousness and was asking for her-----The Javaibabu-Sasuma convo and the Nirupa Roy vs Lalita Pavan dialogue was just too hilarious and I was LMAO ! I think RK is a true entertainer and a cool dude, even when he's trying to be sarcastic and angry -----he's sooo good that I love to hate him , as do we all. My thumbs up for a well directed and entertaining episode-------Looking forward to seeing the old spunky Madhu gracing our homes next week .
