Vee, its because the contract is not the only thing holding her back its Anjali too. The poor girl's life was a prison at RM, Anjali is cold to her and Manorama flat out insults her and it did not help matters that Arnav did not back her up. His knee jerk reaction was to blame her for everything. That night has a lasting impact on Khushi's mind and like ASR, she expects him to flat out come out and say he wants her back
