Precap- Khushi brings water from outside and suddenly when she is about to enter the house notices that its locked ! She hears a noise suddenly and turns around and sees that its ASR and sees that he has the keys of the house !
She becomes angry and asks him why he has the keys to which he replies that since he is the Makaan Malik he can do whatever he wants from now on ! Khushi stares at him angrily !
It is night.Khushi is all sleepy since it has become late night.She is just about to nod off when suddenly she feels ASR's hand and she gets startled and asks him how he came there suddenly ! He tells her that he came through the window and she asks him why took so much trouble just to ask her to make her do something for him 😆 Then he tells her that he could'nt sleep because she kept troubling him and Khushi is enjoying all this 😃 She tells him that he only made her do all this so that's why she is following his orders ! Then ASR tells her finally to sleep and she is really happy on hearing this and when ASR turns and sees her he is startled to see that she has fallen sleep the next min 😆
Then he carries her from her chair and places her gently on the bed and covers her with a blanket and looks at her lovingly 😳 Then he lies down besides her and keeps his hand in hers 😳 Then he goes off to sleep !
Next morning,when ASR wakes up he sees that Khushi has her hand on his neck and her leg on top of his lol (like the way she always sleeps 😃 ) Then he wonders why she always sleeps like this here but not in the same way in RM ! Then Khushi wakes up and she asks him why he has a problem with the way she sleeps when he always sleeps with his hand in hers ! He tries to refute but then sees that his hand is actually in hers 😳 Then he leaves asking her to sleep again !
Then back at RM Anji asks HP if Arnav has woken up and HP replies that he is not there and left for Buaji's place at night ! Anji then tells okay !
Then back to Buaji's place Khushi is sleeping when she gets a call and then she sees its ASR who asks her to come to the entrance ! Khushi the goes and opens the door and sees its ASR's chauffeur who gives her the 24,000 rs in cash to her ! She takes the money happily and crows to ASR about her victory who cuts the call 😛
Then She sees Shukla ji and gives the cash to him and then the precap scene happens when he tells her that 24,000 rs is not enough as the new developer is asking more for maintenance! Khushi becomes all tensed !
Then she goes to the office where the land developer is and starts questioning the receptionist/secretary on where her boss is and she calls and then tells Khushi that the boss has told that he would only reduce the rent if she would go back home with him ! Khushi is all shocked and runs up to go to the boss's cabin ! When she enters the room,she sees him(his back is turned away from her)she starts screaming at him telling how dare he say all that and suddenly the guy turns around and Khushi is shocked to see that its ASR ! Then she sees the other people clustered around him as he is in a meeting !
ASR asks everyone else to leave ! Then Khushi starts shouting at him and asks him what he thinks he's doing ! ASR replies that he is the new makaan malik and unless Khushi comes back home he would not reduce the rent and he would demolish the house ! Khushi becomes really angry and tells him that he can go ahead and do whatever he wants and she will not come back to RM !
Then she leaves in a huff ! ASR is enjoying all this and has that adorable (scratch that evil ,concentrate Abhi,dont get taken away by that guy :P ) smirk on his face while listening to Khushi!
Then when ASR comes outside his cabin he overhears some of his employees and this one guy tells the others that he cant believe that his boss would do something like this and then adds that he understands him though because after all she is such an Item ! ASR becomes really angry on hearing this and strides towards him and then hits him saying that she is not and Item or something and she is Khushi Kumari Gupta (after a pause)Singh Raizada,his wife ! They become really shocked ! Then ASR leaves after threatening to fire that employee if he ever talks about any other woman in such a derogatory manner again !
Then back in RM, Anji and Nani are making rakhis for the Raksha Bandhan and she reminisces about the last Raksha Bandhan ! Then NK comes !!! Yay my dear darling NK is back 😃 😳
Nani asks him what he is upto these days and that she hardly sees him around,lol same here Nani 😃 NK says he has some work or the other and then asks Anji why she is making friendship bands 😆 Anji tells that they are rakhis and not friendship bands ! NK apologises and with his tootha phoota hindi manages to make Anji laugh 😃 Then Anji gets some calls(think its Shyam only) and she cuts the calls and manages the situation by saying that she keeps getting calls from insurance people and all !
Then back in Gupta house,khushi wakes up from a nap and remembering ASR's words,wonders if all of it was a dream ! Then she tells herself saying that he would not do anything and that he is just playing with her ! Suddenly she hears Garima telling Buaji that the water supply has stopped an khushi wonders why despite an hour remaining for it to stop ! Then Garima tells Khushi that she has to take her dad to the doctor and khushi assures that she would take care of everything and then they leave !Before leaving Garima also tells her that she has been staying for a long time in her mother's place and asks her to pack her bags .
Then Khushi goes to take a nap again and suddenly after some time notices that the fans have stopped working and there is no electricity in the house ! She goes outside to fiddle with something when she notices some neighbour of hers standing there,Vimala Mausi !
Vimala Mausi tells her that the electricity is there in her house and that water supply also has'nt stopped ! Khushi is perturbed and then realises that its only her house which has all these problems and realises its ASR's "handiwork".she becomes all grim !
