My BestFriend's Boyfriend
Thursday, 7:00 AM.
The bright rays of light through the window hit me in the eyes once again. Never seem to surprise me, do you Mr. Sun?
And then something else hit me. Oh no. No no no. I jump out of bed and rush towards one thing... The calendar.
But just as I thought. Today. Today is my dear best friend's birthday.

I reach school as fast as I can, not that I'm late or anything. But as well as I know HER for 7 years, she will once again make a big deal.
"Take care!" Amma cries out. I reply to her with a wave and run inside campus. Im pretty early to school but that's not the important fact.
"Finally you're here K!" she called from behind.
And I turned and replied "Happy birthday!!" while enveloping her in a large hug.
"You will never seem to surprise me, will you Khushi?" she croaked out, as I was suffocating her.
"Never!" I replied with a smile and let her go. "Now want to go enjoy your big day, Lavanya?"
