Sul, from an "ideal love story" point of view, perhaps you are right. And I agree. And it is a TV show, and some things are sort of understood.😊

Having said that, this TV show is an important media. It can be used for giving strong social messages. It's not as if they haven't done it before' remember Diwali? They sent out a message against fireworks. Similarly, they can bring out the fact that ARHI wedding was not legal- no witnesses, not registered, one of the parties was compelled against her wishes, no pheras. They can highlight the correct procedures after which a marriage is declared legal in our country. Of course it has no meaning in the show, but countless young women in our country are exploited because of their ignorance on these issues.
