It's bound to influence minds. Domestic abuse is sadly not uncommon in the real world. And the last thing we need is a good soap like IPKKND glorifying it.

Say For eg, Arnav beats up khushi black and blue, one day out of anger, would you still say, its only fiction? So, its ok for Arnav to do that. Would you like Arnav then?

what the ??????? u mean to say only khushi suffers ???? arnavz pain is nothing ???????????unimaginable 😲

I totally agree. When it comes to soaps like Corrie n enders, IPK is nothing like that. IPK is so pure comparing to those soaps. So pls try to watch one of those and then you will realize what's domestic abuse and violence means. Just relax and enjoy..

Arnav accidently shutting the door on Khushi's hand is branded as domestic abuse. What abt the Saas bahu crap we see in all the other serials. What message does this send to the public? It is okay to emotionally torture ur DIL's. People easily influenced by wht they watch on Tv should stay away from their TV's.

Arnav has manhandled her many times causing her physical pain. There are other ways to show one's anger.

I just hope the CV's stop glorifying such things, especially coming from the hero.

We are not discussing who is feeling more hurt emotionally. We are discussing physical pain. How would you like it if Khushi intentionally caused physical pain to Arnav by kicking him or pouring hot oil etc.Can you respect a charachter like that? I had to use an extreme example as khushi is weaker physically and can't hurt him by merely pressing his arms hard.

Anyways, I just hope the show improves. Today's show was a good sign.

both khushi and arnav different !!! she is confused and is in a muddled state!!! the truth is arnav is emotionally weak and khushi strong!!! respect both coz both have their own justification!!

As I was watching Satyamev Jayate, I remembered some of the responses in this thread. How sad it is that some of us think only extreme violence(rape, hit by rod etc) constitutes domestic violence.

An excellent episode by Aamir. What about all TV serials that show that domestic violence is ok!
And where woman's position is always a subordinate one in a household. Bad examples for people. We need to change and so do these serials. Women are equal to men and should be treated so in real life and reel.
