I don't think Ashu is going to hide his marriage from Mallu. But now she is in trauma and scare of Jagat. She is just asking for help but when she will be back to her sense she will understand by herself seeing both of them together. But after that what she will do I have no idea. May be one logic is there that Ashu got married after she left marrying Jagat she can be upset but can't react at the 1st place. Suhasini ke sath na mile to may be this time she will try some means but atleast it is clear Ashu is aware of her deeds so may be Ashni is not in so much threat. either bhigi billi banegi or ghayel sherni. This time atleast KPji show her as an independent woman, a successful senior surgeon moves on with some self respect and not become an emotional baggage on Ashu's shoulder .
