about arnav confession

i have contradictions for every options...

1.if arnav is kidnapped by shyam then he will never call khusi as he thinks they have affair also if shyam kidnaps him due to will then he could easily have killed him as he has got the paper

2.the kidnapper if gives phone to arnav so that he can clear any doubts then they will also make him say that he is fine..and not to take tension

3.if he is doing it purposefuly he will never risk anjali's health due to this also there is no meaning of saying ilu when he has doubt in his mind

4.if he is guilt driven and not able to face khusi then why would he confess to her...



according to me the most suited answer should be that he is guilt driven as he has destroyed her life and he will not be able to take the fact that she has foregiven him so easily...so he may decide to leave her
