Sana Khan and Shaleen Malhotra in Four Lions' thriller on Star Plus
It's been reported that Four Lions, makers of Geet Hui Sabse Parayi (Star One) and the ongoing show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon (Star Plus) are working on a thriller, a bi-weekly, for Star Plus. It will have a right mix of action, thriller and romance.
Now, we have reports that Shaleen Malhotra and Sana Khan have been roped in to play the male and female lead, respectively. Shaleen was earlier seen in MTV Roadies whereas Sana played the role of Lavanya in Iss Pyaar Ko.
Tellychakkar.com tried to contact Sana Khan for a quote, but she asked us to call later. We hear that the pilot of the show is being shot now, and if all goes well, it is likely to go on floors from June 2012.
On the other hand, Shaleen will play the role of a cop, Arjun. It was reported that Pracheen Chauhan (Choti Bahu fame) was also approached to play Arjun, but the makers finally decided to bring Shaleen on board.
"I have no idea whether I am doing the show or not. But yes, I have given the look test," shared Shaleen with Tellychakkar.com.
The action crazy audience will love this bit of news, for sure!!!
