Hello CVs IF you are listening - we are happy that you bring out so many social issues and educate viewers on the right things to do to help the community...

But please be mindful of how you project your show - there is so much negativity and the amount of trauma the lead character Sandhya has to endure not just by facing tough situations that fate dealt with her

but on top of that every member of her in-laws family except perhaps Babhasa who is not much help anyway... subjecting her with constant taunts and public humiliation.

How do you accept such a person to have any kind of relationship with her husband when she has to constantly prove herself and yet it is not enough...

Now you have changed a lovely character of Suraj to behave like his obnoxious mother and to give viewers some relief we are shown that he really loves his wife so he regularly publicly humiliates her and then backhanded does things that she would approve of...

But again all this is to help his mother look good if her dil leaves the house... where is the love for his wife... how can he be a supportive husband when he can even in fake act in such a horrible way

Domestic Violence is not just physical but also mentally torturing that Sandhya receives not to mention that viewers are subjected with the same... There is enough of this happening in our society today and yet you instead of showing us how Sandhya and Suraj can change Bhabho through new positive attitudes you show characters like Bhabho and Meena getting away with all their bad deeds.

Is this show abt mother son adoration club - why does Suraj do everything with Bhabho as his priority and ok she being his mother it is acceptable but not when this person is in the wrong...

Please dont gloat on the TRP's that you are getting...

the viewers have faith in you and your creativity and hope that this will stop and so continue to watch your show. Please dont abuse and misuse the faith and trust we keep with you

I encourage all DABHians who watch in India to please make their opinions known to the channel, production house and whoever else they can contact. As well as posting strong criticism in this forum. Please make the title of your posts stand out and grab casual browsers' attention, but let's not be rude. 😊

I canot believe that anyone actually enjoyed the past month, except for 1 or 2 half episodes. I keep watching to see the tide turn, just as you all are, but I'm now numb. We have tried humour, cynicism,sarcasm to deal with it...but each show is worse than the previous one. So lets try the direct approach. At least we tried. We cannot remain silent and take this idiotic descent into insanity. No character is even half believable.

There is a good article from the Hindustan Times that is not impressed with DABH among other shows.

Great post. i hope Star Plus reads this. This is really insane torture going on a hapless girl in the name of social justice. Cannot believe the Rathis have stooped so low, specially Suraj.

Can he not see the difference between his mom and his wife? His mom talks shamelessly and disrespectfully to his dad and every other member of the family. On the other hand, Sandhya is so courteous and polite. How can he torture the poor girl like this without any basis? just based on his crazy imagination?

In IPKKND Star Plus made a villain out of our favorite hero there. He blackmailed and forced an eighteen year old girl to marry him against her wish and then mentally tortured, and humiliated her. After a month they are carrying on as husband and wife, as if nothing happened, engaging in silly pranks and talks. This appears to be a trend on Star Plus.

DABH is supposed to be a lovely husband wife story but eight months have elapsed, and Suraj's role as a supporting husband is slowlly diluting. Suraj is obsessed with his mother rather than his beautiful and educated wife. I absolutely see no reason for Sandhya to fall in love with Suraj until his mentality towards her and his mom changes drastically. Also in my opinion Bhabo should be sent to jail for her abusive behavior to all, more so to Sandhya. Yes, i think she is the one instigating domestic violence by provoking Suraj to mistreat Sandhya.

I think I will post messages on Anis and Bhabo's website asking them to stop this brutality right now.

Also please feel free to use my post and edit it if you wish to send it to them... I dont mind but I feel that there should be some controls put on entertainment and they should not cross certain limits as there are viewers of all kinds watching the show.

Some households may actually have such a family and they make look at it with pride as Bhabho is getting so much attention here.

The Son may also continue to be passive watching Suraj being that way and what is the point in supporting his wife from behind and watch and be quiet while she gets publicly humiliated... Is that ok?

Now toh Suraj has become a male bhabho😡

^^ how they have glorified is clearly seen from how many viewers still adore suraj's character & justify what is wrong in humiliating his wife for his mother when after all he assumes his wife will divorce him 😳 ...
( y not people like jhanvi to be united with viraj in dsddsb 😆)

not just that these shows always portray girls are born to be slaves of their in-laws , they should not have any attachment to their family ,neither they considered to have human feelings ..& the motherhood is for boys' mothers only 🤢 ,men are the only humans and women are born are serve them 🤢

actually dabh is not the only show glorifying such things ...here atleast we know one day bhabho will repent (suraj also) but there are shows 🤢 which justify this is how dils have to be treated & shown their places 🤢

This new Male Bhabo is totally unacceptable.

Bhabo and Meena fit each other. One is Mean and other is Cunning. But Sandhya she is so polite and Honest. If Suraj cannot support her ,Acting or Not,We want a New Hero who can be honest and she can open up to him.

Star Plus and Production team of DABH the above post is very valid complain . Please make some changes.

We want to see Slowly Love develop between Surya for which you can take another 6-8 month no problem but please no torture between husband and wife.Want some romance .

You are most welcome. I appreciated your post because you took a bold stand. Our Sandhya is fighting from the day she entered the Rathi household, but fighting against 6 family members is tough. I just cannot understand how Sandhya will love this family and this husband. I can never love or respect a man who cannot differentiate between right and wrong, however handsome and dashing he is.

The saddest part is that the CVs lost their vision of a girl fulfilling her dreams with the support of her husband, midway through the serial. We live in the 21st century, and it is high time, people change their mindset about women and start giving them equal respect.

I have posted messages on Anas, Deepika, and Niluji's homepages on IF. I don't know how to email them any other way. i am not sure if they read IF posts, but some of their family members or friends may, and pass it on to them. Let's hope they get to hear our views.

Mental scars remain forever. DABH reached the top due to the concept of a supportive husband.

Cvs, Please don't believe for a minute that it is due to us viewers appreciating domestic abuse.

We abhor it.

Now you are glorifying " it is OK to be cruel to be kind". Cruelty in any form, for any reason is not justifiable. Please Glorify the nobility of Suraj and Sandhya's souls instead.

You are taking a stand against corruption on the show. But you are being morally corrupt for the sake of TRPs.

Please come back from the dark side.

I am reminded of the pixar movie Monsters Inc, where they were converting a child's scream into electric power. Then they discover that a child's laughter generates a thousand times more power. Please see how your TRPs will soar when you are being truly creative and going in the positive direction.
