am not going into details...as they have been beautifully explained by T, Doods and others...
this is something i have felt,(and havent read the entire thread...so dont if anyone already suggested it before😳)

3 scenes that particularly caught my attention was 1) recliner scene 2) cough scene 3) falling scene

going to the first scene....as u said that earlier recliner and bed were facing opposite directions...indicating the people occupying it also turned away from each other...Arnav is arnav ...Khushi is Khusi. Both may be married, but still behave like two different people.
Khushi first goes and sits in the recliner(which is in the original position)...which used to be occupied by Arnav,...hence indicating that she tried to be in his shoes...thinking like him,planning against him like he used to do earlier in the initial stages...
Later she brings the recliner to the side of the bed...both the bed and recliner facing the same direction.Khushi has occupied it now in the true sense...that she is his equal, his better half.
She worries like a wife and is alert.

i felt this scene showed her gradual progress from KKG to KKGSR

the second scene...arnav is in a fit of coughs...and in between khushi tells him to look up...
what i felt was...arnav in trouble,in pain and khushi telling him to look up for relief...meaning to look up to DM for finding relief(in future)

also absolutely loved the silhouette 👏...

third scene...the fall ...indicating that Arnav after knowing the truth will fall in disgrace... also need to see todays epi as well for the continuation
