For those who think audiences are after Uday just becoz of his looks then I have to say sorry!! Aakash is not a new comer!! He has played in many shows before! I watched him on Bandini and many other shows!! If it had been all bout looks, he should have been in limelight far before and mind you Abhisek was far noticed than Ashish in bygone days!! Finally, it's not about look but the execution of the character that matters!! Aashish carries so well with this character, at times we forget him as an actor!! He makes us feel he is real!! We identify ourselves with his pain and happness!! We cry literally when he is hurt!! Tears do come but they don't fall!! On the contrary, abhisekh was damn better in his previous show!! Aakash doesn't look real!! He appears to be actor acting his part!! His smiles and tears they look fake!! It all looks like very imposed by the director!! So if it had been all bout luks, I audience should have noticed Aashish before!! Now we notice him, he shall be etched in our mind as Udayveer, a hero forever however cvs may try hard to portray him as an antagonist!! He is a protagonist for all of us!!

Looks can only attract an individual to a certain extent.. how can one completely overlook his emotions.. the pain he feels when he who refutes the idea of love begins to care for another and is betrayed.. We like and support UV not because of his looks and money although they may be an aspect of attraction but gradually individuals began to see he is an enigma that must be analyzed and even then will never be understood completely.. I personally like him because he is unique I love characters that are unpredictable and that defines UV one never knows how he will react there is so much beneath that cold layer of indifference that is eager to come forth.. yet hidden beneath the fear of being hurt due to opening up to others..

For the record, he might just be a drug, and addicting one! But, even drugs are made out of critical components nah? Just like this man of great wealth and magnetic charisma. He is like an orange. You peel the first layer, and then you're up with the white skin. When you get that off, beneath it is another clear layer. It takes a little effort to make it to the real Orange. Ugh, what a terrible analogy! *shudders* But, as you have mentioned, and as life so teaches us, each image has a story, each story has it's versions, and each version has it's own emotions. Whether you live in a grass hut, or a marble palace, you have been blessed with the sophistication of feeling. I was talking to someone about marriage recently, and how one can find an irresistably handsome man, with abhorred characteristics, and visa versa. Just because the man is beautiful and wealthy, it does not mean he is without personality. Basically, I just repeated everything that you wrote, 😛

I agree with you Uday is a complex character and that is the reason he is appealing as hard and tough as he may appear he shows his soft side occasionally - he trusted manyata and was truly falling in love with her and she hurt him so he is going to retaliate
