When You're Upset... Be Nostalgic. BBAT moments

So the title...When you're upset... be nostalgic...

I thought with all the stuff on the show lately that we don't want to see...why don't we think about and reminiscence about the scenes that we loved? What do we miss the most?

I miss the subtle romance between Gunjhun...where Guddu was romantic without realizing it.

Like the scenes below... Guddu is unintentionally being a loving husband in these scenes In the scenes below, I especially like the way he makes Runjhun listen when she is mad at him. Prior to this week's episide, it almost seemed like Guddu does not feel he has a right over Runjhun... whereas he seemed to recognize this right in the two scenes below. Also, as I said, before the love declaration Guddu was cute and romantic without putting any thought into it. I miss these types of nok jhok scenes.

Oh and I sooo miss him calling for his"dharampatni" 😃

After his love declaration, Guddu would not even yell at Runjhun and was really polite with her. Like I said above, it was almost like he didn't recognize that he had a right over her. With the current track he is losing his patience and starting to be angry with her. It seems like he will go back to the way he used to be when he was falling for Runjhun (and did not realize it) - where he will assert his rights as a husband by invoking Rujhun's obligation to him vs. her obligation to her relatives. I feel like Guddu started to tip toe around Runjhun and now he is snapping out it even though the reason for that is that she's driving him crazy. I'm hoping these types of scenes make a comeback.

What scenes are your favorites and what do you miss?

The scenes I miss the most is the ones before they were married (you know those i-look-like-i-hate-you-but-Im crushing-on you stares and also scene 15 when Kukkan &Jabbu sang "Tere mast mast do nain Master ka le gaye chain"))
I really wish Guddu and Runjhun had fell in love before they got married it wouldve strengthened their relation

Actually I was watching Tees Maar Khan and those dialogues from that movie seemed like they took it straight out of BBAT
Ex.Darpok ,Ek kaan ke neeche
There was this scene where Katina screamed and Akshay said "Tum aur tumhari tonstills!"
And it reminded me of Gunjhun scene 40
When R fainted and when she regainex consiciousness
She screamed as G put her down on the bed and he was like "AAH!Scream your lungs out"

Rani dear, super idea. Probably a number of us were revisiting older threads and watching older episodes, more so lately.

Don't we all miss him calling her 'O dharampatniji'?

This is one of my favorite episodes - the scene where he wakes up calling her, then when she answers the phone, his crooked smile - 😍 😍 😍 😍

where was I? Oh yea, - when he makes her eat samosas, later the way he makes her listen to his reason of why he sent the kid to buy something. Love it. (would love to use caps here 😆) Also liked the way he makes her believe that it was her idea to advertise for the IM center.

Miss those days, Apr-May had some of the best Gunjhun episodes. Their nok-jhok during the challenge days was a lot of fun.

I liked the episode where Guddu and gang with Runjhun's help was setting up the IM center - Guddu was so protective of her, did not let her do anything that may cause her injury.

When she wears his gamcha and glasses while teaching him to sell mobiles, probably everybody's favorite.

Three scenes - when Jabboo instigates Guddu and he says he will not listen to R, dresses like a gunda again, softens everytime she says something to him about Mitho or MD, the drunk fight scene with the Abhigyan issue where he burns clothes and the day after the bhang episode where he accuses her of playing games with him... they are some of the most powerful scenes by Himmanshoo and Nivedita. Very well done. Memorable scenes. 👏

Scene 78 and 3 have to be two of my favourites of all time; in G&R Scene 3 when he called he a poor soul and how he stared at her, I simply loved it. In Scene 78 when she was telling him about damaging her saris some of his expressions were priceless.
