Phew. Ok, so since that's done... let me just say that I do think there are things that need to be changed. Runjhun's doubting Guddu is really being dragged out and I am not liking it. I'av said it before but why does it matter Runjhun? Look at all that Guddu is doing for you? Why is it that Amma and Guddu are always wrong and M&Ms are always right? I am also tired of the Mahadevi tantrums but she's a spoiled brat so that's in character... but I still don't like it. I think the main thing that bothers me is the intro of the baba...based on what is going on with the other Zee shows...I was worried that the show was getting more mystical. - I have serious problems with the weakening of Runjhun's character. I started watching this show for Runjhun. She was a strong character and understood where she stood in this household. She analyzed Guddu enough to bring about these changes in him and now she is shown to constantly cry. She has everything good going for her now. When did all this change, CVs? 😡 😡


Also, when will Runjhun find out about Amma's curse? I believe that is the reason all the bad stuff is happening to the M&Ms. Maybe once Runjhun finds that out maybe she'll let know of the bhagonwali being good for the M&Ms business? - I asked the same question in the WU thread today. For both Guddu and Runjhun not believing in bhagonwali kundli, they sure are playing a mean cat and mouse game and it is starting to look ridiculous. It should be there as each players secret, but not in every other frame. Let it play out once in a while as a reminder, but not every minute of the day...

if Guddu acts this way only until he undoes everything he has done to her in the past, then I will feel sorry for Runhjun because it means that he is doing exactly what he promised not to do: doing things only in order to gain her love.
He should either continue this way for the rest of their life, or stop acting in such a nice way and be himself, I mean to be more balanced in his behavior.

Usually is very difficult for any writer to make a character to change from bad to good (or from good to bad). I think it is the hardest situation that a writer can describe. There are so many things to put there so that the change of heart of the character to look real.

I think with Guddu they chose the easiest way: making him totally good from one day to an other. I feel that is missing a link between the old Guddu and the new one. If I think to the January episodes and see the new episodes, it is like I'm seeing two different characters.
The true is that the old Guddu did have some qualities (otherwise people wouldn't have watched the show even when Guddu was at his worst behavior) and Runjhun's character never got the chance to discover them.

I'm not saying that Guddu won't be romantic - I just don't think it'll be this type of romantic.

I don't think Guddu is purposefully making up for past actions but Runjhun's bhaag seems to be helping him do this and be romantic. Guddu is just learning himself how to act like a husband so he's trying to do what he thinks is right while trying to show Runjhun that he has changed and that he does care about her. I do think that he is constantly thinking about his past actions toward Runjhun now so he may feel the need to undo them (like when he mentioned throwing the glass of juice as he cleaned up the broken pieces of glass). There is an evolution of Guddu's behavior and the way he's acting now with Runjhun can't be how he acts later because right now Runjhun does not love him back. While I think Guddu will always be romantic I don't think he'll be as polite with Runjhun as he is now. Once Runjhun is in love with him, and he knows that she is in love with him, the interactions will be a lot different and the romantic scenes will be different. Guddu right now won't even yell at Runjhun. What I think will happen is that he will go back to the way he used to be when he was falling for Runjhun (and did not realize it). Before Guddu was cute and romantic without putting any thought into it. I miss the nok jhok scenes we had during the challenge.

Like the scenes below... he's still being a loving husband in these scenes without realizing it. Right now he doesn't call out to "dharampatni" anymore and I miss that 😛😆 In the scene below, I especially like the way he makes her listen when she is mad at him...he would handle that a lot differently if Runjhun were to get mad at him now vs. later on when both are in love with each other. Right now, it almost seems like Guddu does not feel he has a right over Runjhun... whereas he seemed to recognize this right in the two scenes below.

Well said Rani. Good to see some good scenes hope those days will come back when I will wake up early to watch it on computer as it is telecast in India and then watch in evening when it is telecast here in USA.
