Mittho says Runjhun will get her penance for stealing the show on Mahadevi's wedding. She looks over is standing with a swollen face and tells Kalsanwali that Mahadevi is like her own daughter too. She tells her to take part in the happiness. Kalsanwali pops her cheeks and tells Mittho it's not swollen anymore and they talk again, commenting on how Guddu and Runjhun's relationship gets stronger. Mittho comments that once Mahadevi's marriage happens she will deal with them proper.
Runjhun notices the men's section then gets up and tells Amma she will go serve food to the men's side. She goes to get the plates and Guddu comes down from the stairs. He catches Runjhun just as she comes out of the kitchen and tells her to stop. He takes the tray of plates from her hand, and takes her hand with his free hand and directs her back to the circle of women. He asks her to sit and put Henna on her hands. Runjhun hesitates and says no since there are so many other female guests but Guddu tells her to sit, otherwise he will follow her. He says he will take care of the food. Runjhun sits to put Henna.
Guddu goes to the men's section and serves food to all of them. He loudly says that he's taking care of everything so Runjhun can hear. She smiles and nods. The lady putting the henna asks Runjhun what her husband's name is. Runjhun looks at Guddu and then tells the lady it's "Guddu". The lady comments that it is a nice name then proceeds to write Guddu's name on Runjhun's hand. Guddu sits down next to Buntu and Rajju and smiles, as he watched from afar. Runjhun smiles then turns to Mahadevi who is sitting next to her. Mahadevi smiles lightly towards Runjhun but Runjhun notices that her smile isn't complete.
Amma stops the process and says that there is no fun in the singing, and says there should be dancing also. Guddu hears this and comes over. He takes Amma's hand and tells her that since she wants to dance, she should dance first. He pulls Amma to the center but Amma refuses to dance. Guddu laughs and Amma tells him to call Rajju. He calls Rajju since it is his daughter's marriage and asks him to come and dance. Rajju comes without hesitation. Guddu calls Mittho but she hesitates, so he walks up behind and softly tells her that he's telling her nicely to go. Mittho goes forward. Guddu says she listens to him and urges Mittho forward to dance.
Amma pulls Runjhun up to dance but she says she doesn't know how to. Guddu stands with her, and the music starts playing. They both stare at each other. Guddu tells her she was the one who wanted to stay, so she can dance now. Runjhun feels shy and says she doesn't know how to, but Guddu just shrugs in response and says he doesn't know how to dance. Finally Runjhun starts dancing and Guddu watches her and smiles. He slowly starts dancing with her and they both dance looking at each other and smiling. Mahadevi looks on wistfully (poor girl not the marriage she'd imagined when she'd told Jabbo). The men cheer them on, the three mamis don't look so happy. Mittho compares Guddu and Runjhun's relationship to Draupadi's sari, the more you pull the more it gets extended (Reference from the Mahabharat)
When the Mahadevi's Mehendi is done, Mittho feeds her food and looks at her daughter, feeling nostalgic. The other Mamis also look affectionately. The men are talking among themselves, and Guddu pulls Runjhun aside and takes her to a corner and says that he's brought food for her. Runjhun says she will go wash her hand so she can eat. Guddu asks her to sit. He tells her that she's got mehendi in her hand and she shouldn't wash it off. He tells her that he's heard that the deeper the color of her henna, the deeper a husband's love. He doesn't want her to wash her hands and doesn't want his love to be any lighter. He asks her if he can feed her, if she doesn't mind. Runjhun shakes her head, and he smiles.
He tells her that the food might have become a little cold since he had to chase her down. He makes a morsel and feeds it to Runjhun. He continues to feed her, and Runjhun asks him to eat too. Guddu looks at her and says he will eat from the same plate and eats from the plate as well. Runjhun looks at Guddu and is touched by his caring nature. She thinks to herself that she'd really misjudged Guddu. He not only takes care of her, and worries about her but he loves her a lot too. She smiles looking almost tearful.
Later at midnight, Runjhun is clearing up the last remnants. As she is folding up the mattresses and putting away the plates she hears Mahadevi sounding like she's throwing up int he room upstairs. Runjhun looks concerned. She rushes up and walks into Mahadevi's room and asks her what happened. Mahadevi pushes Runjhun away and tells her she will be fine. Runjhun tries to tell Mahadevi that she has to call a doctor and she can't take a risk like that and tells Mahadevi that it looks serious. Again Mahadevi pushes Runjhun far away and tells her she will take care of everything. She tells Runjhun to go and urges Runjhun out of the room and closes the door.
Runjhun is worried and is walking away when she hears Mahadevi call the doctor. She walks back to the door to listen. Mahadevi tells the doctor that her nausea is getting worse and asks the doctor if there is anything he can prescribe till her wedding as she doesn't want anyone to find out that she's pregnant. Runjhun overhears all of it and is shocked and in tears. She for a moment hesitates by the door then walks in the room. Mahadevi turns around and is shocked to see Runjhun, who looks at her part concerned part angry. She walks up to Mahadevi and asks her if she knows what she is doing. She looks at Mahadevi and asks her if it is Jabbo's baby.
Mahadevi doesn't say anything but then she doesn't have to. Runjhun tells Mahadevi to tell her parents. She tell Mahadevi that her parents love her and will solve this problem. Mahadevi shakes her head, and tells Runjhun she can't tell them. Runjhun says that when a person commits a mistake their family hurts the most, and tells Mahadevi that she will try to explain the situation to Rajju and Mittho and tell them that Jabbo and Mahadevi love each other very much. She says that instead of hiding her mistake with another mistake it is better to tell them and let them help her.
Mahadevi tells Runjhun to leave her alone and not to concern herself with such problems. She said she will handle this in her own manner. She tells Runjhun to leave, and pushes Runjhun out of the room. Runjhun resists and holds the door open and tells Mahadevi to consider telling Rajju and Mittho. Mahadevi says that if her parents find out, they will kill her first and then kill themselves. She says she can't do that to them. She tells Runjhun if she tells Mittho and Rajju then she will jump out of her window and commit suicide. She runs to the window and threatens to jump. Runjhun grabs her and holds her down. Mahadevi asks Runjhun to swear she won't tell anyone about her pregnancy. Runjhun doesn't want to swear but Mahadevi threatens to jump of the window and Runjhun swears.
Mahdevi and Runjhun hug and both are crying. Mahdevi tells Runjhun that she is too nice, and tells her to leave. She says she will handle this and urges Runjhun to leave. She closes the door and both are shaken. Mahadevi closes the windows of her room as Runjhun walks down, slowly then sits on the stairs. As Mahdevi ponders what to do, Runjhun also wonders what has happened, and that Mahadevi is just a kid. She says that in her naivete Mahdevi might commit another mistake. She is wondering about Mahadevi, on the other hand Guddu gets up and notices that it is three and there is still no sign of Runjhun. He wonders what work can she still have. He gets up and walks out of the room. He looks for Runjhun then hears her sniffles. He walks up the stairs and sees Runjhun.
Runjhun sees Guddu and wipes her tears. Guddu sits down next to her and asks her why she is crying. Runjhun says it's nothing. Guddu asks her if someone said something, and then gets angry that it might be her uncles and aunts and gets up to tell them a piece of his mind but Runjhun tells him it isn't them. She tells him she was just worried about Mahadevi. She tells him that Mahadevi is getting married but in some ways she is still a kid, and she was just thinking about Mahadevi.
Guddu sighs and tells Runjhun that she is worrying about the people who don't care even an ounce for her. He says he will never understand her and asks her what mold is she made of. He asks her how can she think so much about them. Runjhun tells him that for your own, you don't try to think about them, but the concerns automatically enter your head. She tells him it is very late and there is a lot of work tomorrow and says that they should head to bed. Guddu tells her to go ahead and he will come. She walks away, and her pallo gets stuck on the railing. Guddu notices and pulls it away from the stairs as is tugs. Runjhun looks at him then leaves. Guddu doesn't understand Runjhun (even though Runjhun's words applies to his own concern for Runjhun). He looks up and asks God why he got Runjhun. He asks God if there was no one else he could fall in love with, other than Runjhun. He sighs and says that he himself can't understand then how can he make God understand.
Precap: Mittho tells the dance teacher to teach Mahadevi to dance. Runjhun comes and says that Mahadevi won't dance. The mamis are all confused and Mahadevi and Runjhun exchange glances.
