Hey Nahida, saw your comments. You are forgiven.
And I do NOT hurl abuses 'grandma' ;)

I gotta rush to class, so I will reply back in detail later.

P.S. I was one of the ones to recommend your OS to Neetz (CZ.) so be thankful :P

Ah! This one's left me smiling WIDE :) Brilliant piece of work, Nahida, from your narrative and style to the content and its intent! Loved it!

And, about DMG ending, gotta agree with Seert. It should have ended way back in 2008. It has been stretched and slaughtered mercilessly. I am glad that it's coming to an end, finally!

@ CZ. Hey Neeta, thank you and a special thanks to those who recommended this OS to you (oh the thank you list does not include Seert because she is being cruel to me!)

Oh so we have an adherent Harry Potter Fan, nice but I might disappoint you here😆 as I am not a fan of HP, I've read the first three books and watched 'philosophers of stones'(?) and 'chambers of secrets'. Wasn't too impressed :( But I like yourself am a huge fan of books, films and literature that leaves a lot of unanswered questions, it makes you think outside the box. Did you watch a film called 'the Shining'? A random question I know🤔

We all have a darker side and it is up to us how well we maintain that. And there's something about Armaan which goes beyond the sweet cute and passionate lover which has been presented to us. This especially is apparent in the recent episode, where the gray (Not negative though) shades have been explored. However having gray shades does not necessarily mean that you are a bad person does it?

@ Cherry – Hey, thank you for your compliments and am I to assume that the reason for your wide smile is how mercilessly Riddhima was killed😆

As I said to before everyone has their opinions about when the show should have ended but I do agree that it has been slaughter to such an extent that the essence of DMG has been long lost.

Nahida,
You were expecting a question about your motivation? Hmm ok well happy to do the honours.

Okay I think I now see where you're coming from in this OS, but you know the characters of Armaan and Riddhima are still quite a mystery. I mean I understand what your motivation was, and how you might be thinking about them, but still the OS is quite unclear on that. If anything I feel like the setting and the plot are the main "characters" or heroes of this OS.

And I'm not being cruel to you. It just sounds a bit funny when you say my time. Look DMG was a great show before...way back in 2007 and very early 2008. But then it just became the same old cycle with AR: silly fights, constant insecurities, and then make-up sessions with pecks and kisses (especially in the KaSu and KaJen period). I don't see anything great with that. It just seems like some cheesy chick flick. Nevertheless I understand where you are coming from but honestly after a while there was nothing great about AR. DMG was quite fresh and novel for Indian tv when it started but then it became ghissa pitta.
And oh yes it would have done a whole lotta good to DMG and its fans had they ended it in May 2008, or even before that. End it when it's good and you've still got the audience. Not when people are begging you to be done.

Okay, as I said, i'll comment so here I am!!! First of all, hawwwww you haven't started watching dmg again?!😲

Now to your post, I didn't really get it at first but after reading people's comments and reading it again, I understood lol (i'm very slow). I really can not imagine this happening in dmg because there's gonna be a happy ending. But it was very well written and the literacy devices used were great. I never knew that you had this talent in you!!! It was so original and so beautifully written.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Literacy is annoying me right now as i'm studying 3 texts so i'm not gonna go in to what devices you used.

To be honest, when I read the article I thought 'Thank god' and it actually brought a smile to my face. But I am sad as I still am quite attached to AR and will miss them. I would rather that they died on september 21st as that would have made it an epic love story and would be remembered more. After dmg, I have never been so attached to a show and after AR I have never been so attached to a couple as I just can't now. I never will be attached to another show/couple again, but if kajen is in then I might.😉

I have kind of started likeing the show again and I hope that with the old characters back, we get back some of the dmg essence that we all fell in love with. I won't miss dmg but i'll definitely miss the friendship they showed, our old gang, the comedy and the romance of AR/Kajen. I hope now, kajen get a good show where their chemistry and talent is utilised to its best ability and I am happy for them that they are going to be released from this show

Good Bye DMG!!!!🤗

@ Seert - The phrase 'my time' was a figure of speech! After the initial 3-4 months there was no concrete story in DMG. I am aware that AR relationship was nothing out of the ordinary but as I said before, there was something about them which clicked for me.

When I wrote this I had no intention of giving an in-depth analysis of the character hence Armaan and Riddhima will always remain mysterious. And I was only joking when I said you were being cruel, sorry I should have clarified that before!

@ Fatuuuu - thanks for dropping by. I have watched a few of the recent episode but DMG is not DMG anymore, I am hanging around to see how they justify the title 'Dill Mill Gaye'. I am looking forward to the return of a few of the old crew and wish Sapna, Rahul and Muskan were brought back to bid farewell too.

I agree they should have ended Armaan Riddhima story with the shootout and start the new season afresh alas that never happend and they are paying the price in the worst possible way.

Thank you Fattu, you are so sweet! Are you studying literacy?? I loved English literacy and some of the cliched literary device came from my A'Level work 😆

Take care :)

Nahida, I knew you were joking too. Sheesh reading your reply makes me think you honestly thought I got offended. No I didn't :)
And I know what you mean about AR....it was something similar for me but after a while I got fed up of it.

Yeah, that's true as well and I really hope that RM make a return. Its kinda like karma with them after all the controversy they did so people would watch season 2 but that never worked. Yeah I am an i'm doing sociology, psychology and health and social as well, so i'm kinda busy. Got one assignment to hand in next week in literacy so worried about that and have got other coming up.
