Im also confused, but im more with the 2nd option, but i think the cvs are keeping their options open to see which track the audience likes better.

1.in d hospitalshe said dat shez his wife...n signed d pprs as nups
2.in d vryy 1st meetng..she ran away wen she saw mayank..
3. after cmng 4m d hospital she decided dat she vil lev d city...
4m ol dese i thnk..(in my POV) deres a strong reason behind her hidinh her identity 4m d oder 3...

i feel it is amnesia....
the article might be false- just to confuse us
amnesia itself is a big twist
i m guessing the other thing will be she saying she's not nupur bushan but nupur chowdhary ...she'l b getting a new family
today the trip-fall indicated the very first mayur meet- so it can be the restarting of mayur love story coz the cute nok-jhoks had been the usp of mayur at the beginning which gave mjht huge trps.....
though amnesia is cliched..the track will be fun..it'l b heavenly to witness mn love story again

another proof it mite be amesia- see nups may b angry with mayu but with her lil sis😲 the one for whom she fought with goons...who was crying so profusely for her...she would never ever leave her sis alone

& i so wanted amnesia- i will be so happy if that's the case
