chains-well....2 chains : armaan and sid.....she can't escape the situation either.....she can't even move....and unless one of the chains is broken....she can't open the other one either.....

ice-sid is the more calm one.....but he's also in a pathetic situation....he can run away from the situation by taking riddhima with him....u know he can just escape(he's the hubby after all.....if she doesn't come, he can definitely force her)....but he won't do that either....coz he wants riddhima to decide which chain is to be broken...thus he remains lying on the ice-cubes....waiting for riddhima's decision.....

<strong>armaan can't escape like sid coz whichever side riddhima chooses...he's still in pain...coz somewhere down the line....he realizes that he's no more the warmth of her smile....he's the monster with the scorching fire....who can only hurt her (as she very 'nicely' put yesterday-btw those dialoues were SICK!!!!HOW CAN SHE HURT MY ARMAAN THIS WAY....)
