Panchatantra stories

As kids we read or were read to Panchatantra stories. These were simple children's stories like Aesop's fables, but Indian tales that were handed down over centuries. These are known as parables, where a moral or a principle is attached to the story ending.

I don't think Radhika going against Dev was a violation of her patni dharam. A patni doesn't have to blindly follow her husband, but needs to look at the factors that are good for him. So, I liked that Radhika didn't ask for forgiveness, but just explained her reasons. Dev is extremely depressed at this point as he has taken responsibility of a person whom he detests and too against his most closest family members' desires. So, he asks Radhika for her support and Radhika provided it very beautifully. I think Radhika is asking him to take her to HM where they can't be disturbed. That's when Dev will come out of his depression. Hopefully, after they come back, Vishaka can move to another room.

Gardes........today was a good episode.......the things I liked

- Babuji hates vishaka and never wants to do anything with her.....all his life he did not do anything when amma was abusing Radhika.....he did protest but did not do anything..today after refusing initially that he will not take her back , at the end he said that for Radhika happiness he is ready to do anything.............I wanted to see this for a long time and today I am happy.

- Vaishali....questioning babuji that why Vishaka has to be her sons responsibilty when Shastriji is the father.

- Radhika who hardly talks openly is now starting to talk.....I know she went against Devs wishes but atlease by saying openly that she wants Vishaka to leave she has finally accepted some facts about Vishaka......and she is voicing her opinion.

-Vishaka trying to woo Dev and him not paying any attention..........I wonder when will Vishaka get bored with all this lovey dovey acting and will finally take the wrong step.

- Dev and Radhika on the swing.........I think Radhika has realised that she has to work on this with Dev and not against him and all by herself..........since she has always worked by herself she does not understand the value of sharing and I think finally today it hit her......she is going to slowly work on him hopefully.

- Also Radhika who gives so much importance on being a choti bahu and doing all the house work wants Dev to take her somewhere else..where they can be just Dev and Radhika...........this is a major achievement for her......she wants to cheer him up..........she does not want Dev to loose his flute and become depressed. If one has to live with pain then it is better to smile and live life as much as one can.......getting sad, morose and being alone does not solve anything.....

Thanks for your post ... I loved today's episode

- Loved what Rads did in the end. She put dev first ... did not allow him to set up barriers against her and they looked so much together when they were on the synch. Dev looked relieved - he said he needed her to feel good
- She is also planning to take him away so he can get out of his depressed state ... she is taking the initiative... loved it

Today, i saw a very high degree of trust and understanding in each other ... I am not worried abt vish ... whether she falls in love with dev or not, raDev are in synch on why they are keeping vish there. It is upto rads to now slowly get her husband out of the shell he has gone into

All in all, I thought it was close to a sublime episode and definitely the kind of response I wanted from rads. Bravo rads 👏 she reeled him back in .

Also, I think Radhika will now try to smooth out things between Dev and the good PF members and probably advise Dadi to let go of her anger against Dev. Vishaka is definitely thinking of separating Radhika from Dev and has no remorse or guilt. She is not feeling anything sad about her baby. Probably she is happy that she is free of any burden and can go after Dev. But, Radhika this time will not let her take advantage of it as Radhika has now changed. Neither Amma nor Vishaka realize this. They still think that Radhika is stupid and they have hold over her. But, her priorities are now totally Dev and his family. She calls his family their family and is concerned about their happiness.

Why, I don't know how all this plays out with PF and SF but today Radhika learned that they are in this together and her Patni Dharm is to be with Dev, side with Dev and discuss with Dev. That is their togetherness. It this very unity that will help them solve problems.

I still cant get away from the last scene its just too good .I think Rads always knew her patni dharma but she thought she should work alone and not let her husband suffer but today she learned that it is to work together and solve problems together sukh me aur dukh me.I just loved todays episode and none of the mirchi gang saying anything naturally the Vish scenes are not included in that.Mrins r too mild

i too loved the last conversation of Radev....it was very touching. even made me forget that i was upset. i just hope Dev comes out of his guilt somehow and kick Vish out of the house....

i really miss those days when i used to read them and my parents used to explain me the stories ,,i had a lovely collection but bcoz my father insisted i had to gift them to my cousin...

i loved all the scenes of the episode specially the climax part of radev and shastriji describing vishakha's character,,,about shastriji i would like to say that it is rightly said that our parents know us better ,,and that shastiji proved today,,,although he is the real father of visakha but didnot hesitate to prove visakha's evilness and provide a clear picture of his daughter,,,i had heard somewhere that"jo beti apne maa baap ki yaah parivaar ki nahin hosaki,,woh dusron ki kya hogi" I may be wrong but as i have understood it it means the" person who didnot care for his or her parents or family can never care for anybody" and that is the way visakha is....she can never love anybody,,,she is all fake....

and speaking about the last part ,,it was really very touching,,i hope radev always support eachother,,if they are united ,,no evil force can separate them,,radev 's love needs to grow stronger and reach higher levels where there would be no place for misunderstandings and complaints,,in the next episode we would see rad making the moves to cheer up dev ,,i would eagerly wait for that scene....
