Character Sketch:
Ridhima Gupta- 22years old, young, beautiful and fresh out of university comepleting her doctors degree. A very successful woman, who believed that she didn't need a man for anything because she grew up without a father. She never believed in living life the simple way, she thought that life should be lived to the max. She never drank or did drugs in her life but yes she did love to party. She was the girl mothers wishedtheir daughters were like, they wanted their daughters to look up to her. She was happy the way she was and didn't want to waste time on marriage or anything. She never changed for anyone that is until the horrid day she married Armaan Malik, did she realize how her life was going to change forever.
Padma " Paddy" Gupta- In her mid-forties she is not your average mother, in fact she is far from that. She loves her daughters, Ridhima and Muskaan, and that is the reason she left her husband. She is the proud owner of Sanjeevani and a complete person. By being a complete person she never relied on a man for anything because of her dreadful past with her ex-husband Shashank. She feels that is the reason why Ridhima is way too matured for her age because Ridhima understood what her mother had been through and hated her father for that. Over all she is happy person who encourages her daughters to be educated, party and be the best they can be.
Muskaan Gupta- 18, and The opposite of Ridhima, of course being the youngest that was obvious. She is overall a hyper, shop till' you' drop, comforting and enthusiastic person. She loves her mom and Sister to death and could do anything for them.
Chandini Malik- She is in her mid-forties! She is the Gupta's neighbour and like they family. The Gupta's have a very close relationship to her but they do not know anything about her past or her family and they gave never asked as they were afraid it might hurt her feelings. The truth is that she is THE CHADINI MALIK wife of the late JAY MALIK. She and her son Armaan meet only once every 6 months at their favourite coffee shop and even though he sends her money every month she has not used a penny and works at Sanjeevani. The dark marriage that she had and her son's terrible abusive childhood caused this to happen. This family needed to split up and even though they love each other dearly they do not want to get in each others way, that is why she lives alone in the mansion next to the Gupta's while Armaan lives on his own.
Armaan Malik- Not the type of guy you would want to mess with. He's HOT! HOT! HOT! & he knows it. He's worked hard to get the title of the best business man of the year 4 years in a row. Right now he is 24 and is currently running his late fathers company. He believes in partying and living life to the max. He doesn't care about other peoples feelings as no one cared about his and lives alone. Because of his good looks he is extremely cocky and arrogant.
