If self improvement seems to be such a necessity that even loser celebs are accepted....then I suggest starting from home...Parents, elders....ask them what one lacks......then friends........then co-workers........then the next step would be absolute strangers like you mentioned....beggars, street children etc. A money churning TV show should be last on the list.

yes i do self improvemt from my surrounding too..i think if anyone want to improve himself there should not be any first and second choice..improvement means improvemnt chaiye koi kisi se bhi ho...😉
