Some of the water meant for the rasam gets sloshed onto Radhika, and she runs back home to her kanha. She says in her monologue to kanha 'tum to jaante ho kanha galti toh meri nahin thi, main apne taraf se kuch nahi kiya, maine tumhari kasam nahin tori hain, pooja joh paani mujpe geera hai, isse ek bhul maan lena, iske vajhe se Vishaka ki shaadi paar koi aach anne dena, ek itni si binti hai kanha, bas itni si'

Scene changes to the Brij mohan and Devki saying how lovely Vishaka is looking and that how lucky are we that purohit ji son Dev choose her. Radhika comes from behind and overhears the comments and smiles a teensy bit at this and then turns to look at Vishaka. But...

she sees herself saaj daaj ke in shaadi ke kapre. She wakes up startled (yes dream sequence!) and looks sadly and guiltily at Vishaka sleeping next to her (note that Radhika is sleeping on the floor and Vishaka on a bed!)

Morning Sets Brij mohan is asking somebody called Mukta 'saab ne jal paan kar di' (I have no idea what this means - I gather some rasam with the water that got sloshed on Radhika) Mukta says only kakaji has yet to do it - after pooja he will do so.

On the other side garma garam jalebi is cooking. Nandu is eyeing the jalebis (yummy!!!) Brij Mohan says to give some to Nandu when its not too hot (me too!!!) Brij Mohan goes and sits pensive.

Devki brings some tea for him, but he is lost in thoughts. They start reminiscing - that they didn't realise just how fast kids grow up - that long ago Vishaka's 'ke nakkat paal mein pura ghaar gujtae the' and this very girl is getting married now. Devki says that we bring up girls as 'dusre ke amanat'. (Radhika is by the window at this point listening) but even aware of this fact, when the wedding occurs, you still get sad of her going away. Brij Mohan agrees and adds that it is great that Vishaka is getting married to Dev. She will be treated like a princess (more like baby popping machine right! :-) sorry couldnt resist) They say this is what they reaped from all these vraats, and that they will do some daan - charities after the wedding. Devki says Vishaka is going to be the bahu of such a reputed house - that they are happy.

Scene changes - Purab is calling at Vishaka's house - he is annoyed that she is not picking up - everyone is busy with some preparations or decorations - Brij Mohan says to hurry up as baraat is coming soon (yay Dev - be my hero and marry Radhika) Some dude walks up to Purab and says you look very annoyed and asks him that he heard that he is bringing someone to meet the director. ( I dont like the sound of all this - the smile he gives is like a total perv.) Purab says he was calling her up. The dude (who is an assistant) says these small town girls have big dreams but dont have the guts to fulfill them.

Nandu praises the rangoli that Radhika is doing. She asks him to bring some water. Phone is ringing. The (perv) dude asks Purab to let her be, what is it that she has that is soo special. Purab retorts she is special - Vrindavan ke pari - you will find no one like her in Mumbai. Somebody says this phone has been ringing since so long but no one is picking up - Vishaka on hearing this hurries to the phone but there are many people on her way. She gets to the phone and is about to lift it...

But Devki stops her and tells her that she shouldnt roam about after having put the haldi otherwise their relatives will talk. Devki answers but Purab by then has cut the phone call. The dude tells Purab that he is going to tell the director that no girl is coming. Purab asks for one more hour and will get her himself. Vishaka is annoyed and thinks that the day the marriage was set - she should have run away. Devki come in and tells her to get ready quick. Some girls enter the room. Radhika calls Nandu to her Kanha room and gives him some flowers to give Vishaka. Nandu asks her why she cant go to her room. Radhika retorts this is a rasam. Nandu then says if she is going to watch the wedding from afar, he too will do so along her. Radhika agrees. Vishaka is getting ready.Dadima takes some money to remove the evil eye from Vishaka - and then says to give that to Radhika. Devki (soo annoying!!!) says in front of everyone that this money is usually given to the servant of the house - Dadi retorts thats what Ive done and not to say anything - she has done so to avoid the evil eye. Devki tells the girls in the room to go and check the preparations - baraat is about to come.

Dev's dadi says to put some kaajal to avoid the evil eye before getting on the horse. Mrinali is called to put some kaajal. Dev says she came too late even though it was her right - some other lady does it in her place. To Dev Mrinali retorts that she wont be getting any heron ka haar - only jaap karne wale mala hi as a gift. Dev says this will be usefull to her. Dadi says to hurry up that they must be waiting.Devki and Brij Mohan tell Vishaka she looks like a princess and Brij Mohan says as a kid she loved Shakuntala's story. She was also brought up in an ashram but became a Queen.Your fate is the same. Shakuntala's dad while sending her off told her 5 things (Radhika comes at this point and overhears)

1.Respect your elders

2. If you get into any trouble/fight with anyone there - behave with them with love

3. Dont ever get angry with your husband

4. Dont think of the servants lower in status than you

Radhika hearing this is shedding tears

5. Dont get arrogant of the riches of the respect showered on you

If a bahu is listens to elders then the house is Jannat otherwise hell. Vishaka has that look 'I cant be bothered'.

He tells her not to ever do anything that might make him ashamed.

Dev is coming on a horse with Baraat. Radhika can see him and Radev theme is playing. Dev's eyes is seeking Radhika.

Precap: Purab in Vishaka's room - he tells her he fixed her appointment with a big director. Vishaka gets excited and Purab he managed to get them to wait for one more hour - and once the audition is okayed - they both will go straight to Mumbai.

But this just in the meantime JC gets her PC fixed. Ive got exams in a few weeks.
