It starts out super happy, and kinda funny but then it all goes downhill in terms of writing of course....but still I'll have a better happier one shot in the evening!😃 Hope everyone enjoys this one for the time being though!😛😳
She was going to kill Kulraj—there was no way she could embarrass her like this. Get a grip Meher. It's just Preet, Kulraj's brother; you are just having dinner with him. Nothing else, it's not like it matter that you have a major crush on him... Meher shook her head trying to take out all the negative thoughts. She could still remember the smile on his face and the way it had made her feel the minute she had seen him at Kulraj's house.
Halki Halki Mulakaate Thi
Dur Dur Se Baatein Thi
He had come up to her, intimidating her the whole time with the way his eyes would flirt with her. Finally Kulraj had all but pulled him off of her and told him to leave her alone and both the girls had left the house, but not before Meher had turned back to see the glint in his eyes before he winked at her and waved.
Dheere Dheere Kya Ho Gaya Hai Main Kya Kahoon
Kyon Ladkhadaye Dhadkan Kyon Thar Tharayen Tan Mann
Kyon Hosh Mera Kho Gaya Hai Main Kya Kahoon
Ever since that first meeting Meher found herself going to Kulraj's house more often and spending time with Preet rather than Kul for the simple reason that she wanted to get to know him some more. Somehow with him whenever there was a lull in the conversation Meher never felt awkward, she would just fill the time by admiring his other qualities, the way he wore his watch loosely and ran his hand through his hair without even realizing.
Kuch Naa Kaho.... Kuch Naa Kaho.....
Kuch Naa Kaho.... Kuch Naa Kaho.....
Gradually Preet had become Meher's closest confidante; he knew everything about her except one thing that concerned him; that she liked him in THAT way.
Meher didn't know why she got so nervous when the talks of love came up, Preet would ask questions while she would shy away and just blush leaving him to start teasing her.
Sab Mere Din Sab Raatein Tumhare Khayalon Mein Rehte Hai Gum
Kehni Hai Tumse Jo Baatein Baitho Zara Ab Sun Bhi Lo Tum
A ritual had been made daily that he would go to drop her home, those few minutes completely secluded in his car were what Meher treasured the most. She could only wish that without uttering a word Preet would understand her feelings.
Kya Mere Khwaab Hai Kya Hai Meri Aarzoo
Kuch Naa Kaho..... Kuch Naa Kaho .....
Kuch Naa Kaho..... Kuch Naa Kaho......
Now this was the true moment of her test, would he come tonight? Did he feel the same way about her that she did for him?
Meher sat at the table her eyes fixed on the door, slowly the door chimed and in he walked. Dressed in slacks and button down white shirt he smiled and sat down across her, and simply placed his hand over hers on the table.
Jazbaat Jitne Hai Dil Mein Mere Hi Jaise Hai Woh Bezuban
Jo Tumse Main Kehna Payi Kehti Hai Woh Meri Khamoshiyan
Meher shyly looked up at him and saw him smirk while gazing down at her. Just as she was about to speak the waiter came and asked for their drink order and Meher quickly gazed at the empty seat in front of her. Where did he go? Wasn't he just sitting there? Meher hit herself lightly on the head after dismissing the waiter. She was imagining him everywhere; restaurants, parties, even at her house on the balcony. Her phone beeped then and she checked the message but then the phone dropped out of her hands.
He wasn't coming.
He didn't love her...
Sach To Hai Kehne Ko Ab Kuch Raha Nahin
He had finally gotten what he wanted; a date with the most popular girl in college. Ashlesha.
Kuch Naa Kaho..... Kuch Naa Kaho....
Kuch Naa Kaho..... Kuch Naa Kaho....
Meher knew deep down she should have said something to Preet, even if it was just once. To let him know how she felt, to let him know to what extent he embodies in her. Now it was all over. She quickly got up from the table in the restaurant, and started walking away in a random direction. Why had she let herself go in too deep? She should have known better, now he was gone—with someone else; only because she didn't say anything when she should have...
Kuch Naa Kaho..... Kuch Naa Kaho....
Kuch Naa Kaho..... Kuch Naa Kaho....
*hides face* How was it? Did the ending work? I need honesty here guys like always, because this time I'm really not proud of it, and so I need to know how to improve in my work! 😃
Love you all loads,
Meera😳
