Meethe paan ke liye mar mitenge,
ladhenge yudh hazar, paan ke sadake jawa soniyo,
paan se pyar beshumar!

Meethe paan ke bager kya zindagi yaro,
bina saaz ka geet,
wohi hamara sapna wahi hamara meet.

n yeah stay away from soft drinks!! they r main reason behind puttin on weight..if cant shun it, then reduce intake..that's the deal my hubby has made with me..he was a pepsi lover but now he's reduced it to weekends only:)
