Also you will see he was not upset at what nehal, baseer and shehbaz said. He was frustrated about others because of their sugar coated words. That house is a tough house plus he was frustrated with the backfoot rants so I can understand his frustration

He is frustrated about the sugar coated words and reasons that he got. And then these people call him backfoot player. That's why he got angry. Basically it was a vent out of so many days. Later he admitted it. Also he initially went to convince others as well but on baseer's influence they changed their stance. So they should have clearly told him that they don't want to make him captain instead of sugar coating. That's why he got frustrated

Sugar coat toh har koi karta hai convenience ke hisab se. obviously dusri team apna player hi choose karegi even if they have no issues with Gaurav. They simply chose Farhana not because they didn’t think ki Gaurav can’t be a good captain but because they wanted someone from their group to become a captain. Ispe itna frustrate hone ki zarurat nahi thi. I like Gaurav but nobody owes him anything, he would have preferred his own team member as a captain as well. Amaal wali baat hai- front foot pe khelna aap sirf captain banke nahi dikha skte, aur bhi tarike hai dikhne ke which he isn’t doing.

Backfoot isliye because he is hardly ever active in the house. You can’t expect others to serve you opportunities on platter to play front foot, be a smart player and grab that yourself, BB is unfair, obviously people will play number games. Moreover, it’s quite hypocritical of him to expect honesty when earlier in the season he himself wasn’t honest with Kunika over why he didn’t want her as a captain, he too sugar coated his words.

And Gaurav had so many chances to play the tasks and become captain, why didn’t he and now expecting others to vote for him
