S1 didn't show enough of KN lovey dovey scenes. Before they fell in love they used to fight like Tom and Jerry. after that ansh came between them. when ansh left tanya became kabab mein haddi. they were never shown spending quality time with each other. S2 should fill that gap.
no , last week during the pooja nandini received a call from karan but disconnected it .she then called him back and pari overheard their conversation. When nandini wanted to tell tulsi and mihir abt pari and ranvijay, pari revealed the truth abt Karan-Nandini to the virani family. In the next episode , nandini accepted in front of tulsi and the whole family , explaining that she and Karan have differences of opinion regarding they and their children should live here or in the usa . No , Friday ko pari ne reveal kiya tha last mein,ye bas usi episode tak ki TRP hai, Nandini ne accept Saturday ko kiya tha , jo agle week count hogiyeh usi week ki trp hai jab pari ne nandini aur karan ka sach reveal kiya tha virani family ke samne Thursday ko then Friday ko nandini ne accept kiya tha unke beech ke differences ko .

Agreee yeh week ke trp was because of Tulsi’s strong stand against kaki,tuhir scenes and also kuch bhi bolo it was because of Vrinda Angad scenes as well . Unke scene ko precap mei baar baat dikhaya aur ache bhi the. People need to just give them a chance they have a lot of potential as well

no Saturday ko toh nandini aur karan ki video call dikhayi thi aur tulsi aur karan ki voice call.
TRPs are counted from Saturday to Friday so this trp which you are talking about will come next week 🙂
