BCCI Introduced new Bronco test to improves Fitness of Indian Players.
BRONCO TEST IN INDIAN CRICKET - Bronco Tests for a players start off with a 20 Meter shuttle run followed by a 40m one & 60m run in the first set - Player need to do 5 such sets which adds up to 1200 meters without taking rest, ask to complete in 6 minutes.
I am not awares of how yoyo test work out in the past but its out dated for sure, with Bronco we will get better results.
Players Fitness most important on this days was prime reasons M. Shami not able to make it for eng Tour.
